There are some decent people here, but the bankers work really slow. They can never accommodate walk ins for anything that needs a banker, and when you make an appointment it takes forever once you sit down with them.
Terrible service.the clerk Adrian Regueiro made a mistake in the swift transfer of a large amount of money and did not want to correct it and the manager refused to talk.said it was not his problem. Said finish conversation with us. Immediately finish all conversation with us. Said we can’t to do anything.
I’ve called over 20 times between yesterday and today to speak to someone from this branch they answered only one time and hung up the rest of the 19 times they don’t answer! Worst bank
The people at this bank are not bright at all. Every time I come to make deposits to the same account since August for my company, they dont know what to do. Every single time!
The OUTSIDE ATM NEVER WORKS! They really need to fix it because it’s ridiculous. Five six cars all outside the main atm because the outside drive thru one is broken again. And it has also stolen my money twice! Won’t be a third!
Worst experience "EVER". Only two ATM machines and the only one outside "NEVER" Works. This is the Unites States or some other poor country? In Mexico you can see four, five or up to ten ATMs outside their branches. I'll post a photo next trip to Mexico. I don't think executives at this branch never noticed this FLAW Is every day Flaw. Chase put them to work. And less talk and mobil use!
Terrible service, everybody seems to have an attitude.made me wait 20 minutes tell me they couldn’t help me open a bank account ….
I used to bank here and loved it, but since Silvina who used to be the branch manager the bank seems to be run by whoever has the worst attitude. I only keep banking there because Sylvia Rosen is my banker and she is very helpful and professional. The day she’s gone I will be taking my business elsewhere They are NOT the only choice in Aventura. So disappointed.
Over 20 minutes for a deposit and cashier check. I had to go out and try the drive thru. Same result. Don't go to this branch!
Tried to order Euros, they said their system was down.so what am I supposed to do? They said nothing.no Euros for you.nothing I can do and nothing they can do. J. P. Morgan going down the same path Wells Fargo.time to look for another bank to do business with.
I can't believe they did not accept old bills, the bills were originals and 100% complete. I will never visit that local again.
I believe they are a average bank they treat me ok.
The problem is mainly the drive up ATM is always having problems they need to update there outside drive up machine desperately.
Just had a terrific experience at this Chase Bank! Banker David Uribe spent an amazing amount of time with me helping me to fill out forms. And I needed the help. Unbelievable! When I first met him he said welcome to the family. He meant it!
This rate for entire bank, nor personal working at this exact location. Bank lacks for good crm
I went to deposit money in the drive thru atm and it was a lot of money. The atm took my money and did not deposit it into my account. I got an error message and had to open a claim. This is not ok.
