You can't reach anyone OR leave a message.you get a VM saying no one is available and to call back.i need to cancel a credit card for fraudulent charges, and you can't get it done.it is the WORST ever.below one star.

Poor customer service for the second visit to this branch. Unfortunate this branch must pull down the CHASE name with poor management. Tried calling numerous times after problem occurred to discuss, but the phone is never answered. HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT USING THIS BRANCH IF YOU WANT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU’VE COME ACCUSTOM TO WITH CHASE.
