Chase Bank, Apopka FL

There is a person working there named Steven R. His customer service skills are horrendous. I went there today inquiring about certain fees for a service I need to handle and he thought talking down to me was the way to handle the situation. As if I had no idea what I was talking about. I hope you read this, Steven, and I hope you get off your high horse. I went to another branch and they helped me with everything.

Just wanted to say thank you for the help with the notarization I needed today. The notary was very busy and it was a bit of a wait. But the staff checked on me numerous times and apologized for the wait. I also had a difficult document to sign but they found a way to complete the notarization for me. Thank you so much!

They should close Apopka branch or get better professional employees, they are very in-respectful personal working in that place, when i can make it to the one in Main Street and i have to go to this branch i fell the worst bad felling ever.
They better get trained or realize we are customers no animals.

Poorly staffed. This is probably why customer service is terrible. They need more than 1 person working there.

Staff is friendly. I'm not happy about waiting for a 5-day appointment to open a business account.

I’ve been visiting this branch for many years already and every time I come i get taken care at a very high standard. Very pleased with costumer service and help provided. Carolla cartagena definitely doing an amazing job leading.

We went to set up a business banking account and the lady carol was so helpful she made it a wonderful experience for us …. She didn’t rush us or get inpatient

The second day waiting no matter I have appt. I see the workers talking, laughing etc but no service. I just let you know I pay for their services. This service is the worst

Service is always courteous and transactions accurate. Sometimes my dog receives a treat! Thanks!

Almost every time I go through the drive through it is unbelievably S L O W.or the ATM is out of order.
