If you don't speak English, don't even show up here, no one will attend to you, they refuse to speak Spanish, people who are clearly Latinos.anyways
Or are there ATMs to deposit and withdraw money, I'm not even sure why this bank exists

This place is complete Garbage. I went to make a deposit And sign papers. The Bank associate was free, but refused to help me sign the documents that needed to be signed, and also wouldn’t take my deposit. She said she’d refer me to another location. I will not be back to this branch. Their service is terrible.

Not sure why this branch exists. The machine teller has constant issues so no sort of transactions can be done. Minimal services offered at this branch thus must go to other branches for basically everything. Branch used to be phenomenal but it is now a shadow of its former self.

Seems like they should just close this branch. Not full service even though they have drive thru lanes there are no tellers employed and the atm’s have a max withdrawal of $3000/day. Nothing against the “advisors” but no tellers seems silly to me.

What is the point of this bank? Everytime I go here their atm doesn’t work. And there’s nothing the employees that work there can do. Like what is the point? !? !

Awesome cust service here in Cooper City next to Brian Piccolo park, all thanks to Mr. Luna. Thanks for being patient and kind with me in my time of distress, I felt very cared for, definitely unlike other local branches, thank you Mr. Luna, you’re a new friend I feel I can count on

Wish I could give them 0 stars.absolutely worse customer service. They sent me to another branch. I withdrew $900 and the machine only disbursed 5 dollar bills.yes 180 $5 bills! They could not deposit the money back or give me $100 dollar bills.not even $20's.
Absolutely ridiculous

Chase Bank is a direct contributor to the destruction of our environment by investing in CO2-emitting fossil fuels. I recommend giving your business to banks which have disavowed investing in an industry which is destroying our planet.

A bank that doesn’t work with cash. A bank that doesn’t have ATMs that work. Why are you even open. If this is going to become the norm with Chase I am definitely going to switch banks. If you have money under your mattress so you’re fine otherwise don’t come to this bank.

Doesn't matter which location, rude nasty tellers like Celeste S. She took her time to acknowledge me in line. When I asked her a question, she refused to give me answer. She was very rude as if I wasnt welcomed there as a customer, and extremely insensitive to me being pregnant while she hassled me. Instead of a simple response, I had to escalate to manager for the answer. The manager tried apologizing on her behalf and said she "should have given me the answer". The manager continued to apologize after Celeste refused to give her name & information to file complaint with Chase, although I'm well aware manager knew her full name and title. JP Morgan Chase continues to demonstrate that they allow discrimination in any form to operate freely in their branches. My final straw was this last incident.

No teller, which is fine, but they don't do a good job of making sure their ATMs have cash. I had to try three before I got what I needed, and the people on site don't have the ability to fix the problem. Go elsewhere.

It's usually a very friendly atmosphere. Jose one of the senior employees is amazing. He's always helped me and my family out with any questions. Other employees here are very helpful and don't ask a bunch of un-related personal questions like some other branches or banks do.

Overall, great experience so far.and I've had my account with them for years.

Wait time is always very minimal.they see customers promptly.
