Chase Bank, Coral Springs FL

This has been our bank since moving to the area almost 7 years ago. We have had great service with every visit. We never need to wait long for a walk-in appointment with a private banker, however, do find it much easier to have a scheduled appointment. Someone to help you use the ATM machine inside and teach you what can be done vs.having to stand in line to be helped by a teller. Tellers are friendly and helpful. We have a home mortgage with Chase through this location. Closing went smooth.

Great outside ATM location 24 hours 365 days for before, during and after hours banking convenience. Parking is also footsteps from ATM or banking entrance. I've been a customer for over a decade. Still using their services.

The manager and his staff are really Rude! Never coming back to this Chase! If you want it to be treated with respect, this is not the right bank to come to!

Worst service. I would put 0 stars if I could. Sat down with who I assume wa s the manager to start explaining my situation and needs then another employee grabbed him because she doesn’t have the ability to perform certain duties. Had to wait 20mins to be seen again for a 3 minute useless conversation.

Always came to this branch. I was discriminated against by light skinned Latino female employees.we are done with chase bank. PS I AM A BLACK PERSON ALSO LATIN

Awful customer service. Avoid as much as possible. Service person (Moises) kept talking about Amazon prime and other nonsense with another customer instead of helping other customers. When he eventually freed up he just walked by us and ignored us even though we had an appointment at 11am (it was 11: 15 when he ignored us). When we confronted them about the appointment they lied saying they called us to reschedule. We waited for 40 mins and walked away without any service. You have been warned.

We’ve been customers for decades. The callousness of the staff at this location to their customers and banking convention lost chase lifetime customers. Claudia is especially unprofessional.

I have a business account with chase bank for many years and I been in a lot different locations but this one in particular is the Worst, they should fire all the bankers there, 3rd time here and 3rd time I have to leave with a bad taste.

Never seen that at any other branch, they chase business and customers away, unprofessional staff, setting on their disks, and customers lined up waiting, bad experience and have to take my business to another bank.someone in the upper management need to check this branch and weed out those who chase business and customers away.

What a joke. 10 people working and they come and ask how they can help but nobody ever comes back to actually help. People just gazing at the walls of their cubicles.
