Chase Bank, Brooksville FL

If I could give less than one star I would! I opened an account with Chase over a year ago with the intention of moving to Fl. I kept putting money in my account. When it came time to wire transfer a deposit for a new home, Chase refused to verify my ID. After two hrs in the Zephyrhills Branch I got a cashiers check and overnighted my escrow deposit. Two months later after selling my other home and wire transferring money into my Chase account, they once again would NOT verify my ID. Chase was holding my money hostage and would NOT wire transfer my cash payment for my new home. Chase was causing $750k problems for two new home buyers. Not a single person would override the glitch in the system. AI was telling them I was fraudulent! I had plenty of ID!
Next I bought a steel garage. I called Chase to release the funds to Keen’s Buildings! They said no problem. My funds were once again held & flagged as fraudulent.
Incompetence and money hostage! Chase is losing me as a customer!

I love this location. Banking with Chase has always been smooth and easy. Their in person customer service is top notch. Yaritza is amazing! She’s patient, helpful and knowledgeable, and she is naturally friendly! Recommend!
