Chase Bank, North Lauderdale FL

You guys should’ve just hired a new crew and update some things around the bank. This chase bank location is literally a walking distance to my home. Instead you guys resolve the issue by shutting it down? !? Get better & working ATM systems for the drive-thru. As well as the door that leads you inside of the branch so you can us the ATM that is indoor.

Inside atm after hours isn’t available and don’t even try to go to the atm line after hours you never know if the atm will work

Came to the bank to add my mother to the account the bank was empty and the gentleman approached me and said what’s up how can we help? I told them excuse me weren’t you here earlier what’s up what do you need help? Stood up and decided enough with Chase, taking my business to another bank been with the bank for years. Don’t know what’s going on with our chase locations but it seems customer service. It’s going down the trash.

Love this bank, I've been a chase customer for years, customer service is top notch, staff is very professional and polite, the wait time isn't very long, they are here to take care of all your financial needs, I would recommend chase for everyone, all banks should be like chase

First time I used drive through today and the ATM machine is the dirtiest machine I've ever seen! I used a tissue to touch it. PLEASE get some wipes and clean it off. It probably is long overdue for an update. No large bills.

You need working arms at the drive through. Always an issue.either they are super slow, can't read bills or just don't work

What's the matter with this bank? They can't afford and have this door fixed! If you go after hours don't expect to get to the ATM at the lobby. It's been a while and still they have not made an effort to correct this issue. How long is it going to take people at Chase. I'd like to know?

Expect to wait through incredibly long drive through lines for whichever atm is available at the time. There is an atm just passed the first set of front doors but after closing, the machine is inaccessible and the card reader that gives you access to the area doesn’t open the door. Maybe that’s intentional but it’s not common to all locations.

Horrible supervisor this morning the woman can’t even say hello smh, everyone else is amazing and CHASE fix the entry door to the ATM for those late night transactions.

Worse chase ever you have to wait long time before they can help you it 3 minutes away from my house but now I have to drive to other location

ATM, it is never functional at night, the door is always closed, and better remove the ATM service

I've been trying to open up a new account with this Bank for two weeks now but keep getting the run around. I will go to bank of America instead.

Communism lives at this capitalist bank. Staff is friendly but there is not way to schedule an appointment and wait times are intolerable

I don’t understand why after a 15 minute wait I wasn’t allowed to cash my check. I’ve been to different branches and they’ve allowed me to with no complaints. I spoke to customer service and they said that there’s no reason why they shouldn’t have cashed my check. Been doing this for months every single week. Poor customer service, I have already filed a complaint against this branch. Never coming back.
