Chase Bank, West Palm Beach FL

This is the best chase bank in the area. Wonderful staff, friendly, and knowledgeable. Jonathan, the banker needs a raise. He is awesome!

6710 Forest Hill Blvd, west palm beach. Jonathan wasn't helpful I came in to open my account, and they weren't closed. He told me that he wasn't taking anymore appointments. And it was still 30 mins within the bank to close. I really explain to him I needed to open up an account and it was extremely important. Without hesitation or remorse he still couldn't help me. Poor customer service and he was ready to leave to enjoy he's weekend. This bank is terrible!

The staff is always super helpful, polite and answers all my questions. They provide an excellent service every single time.

Visiting from out of town. Had a very positive, efficient and friendly transaction. I came to this branch because it had the higher reviews overall for nearby chase banks. The banker was very helpful.

I wish I could give no stars. Lareese and Nicholas are absolutely horrible and have zero customer service skills. Very poor leadership. As a result I no longer bank with Chase.

Couple of years ago was a very nice and pleasant people working at this location. As today I would give them 0 starts. People are rude and careless. Nobody seems to care for customers to the point that I ended all my bussiness with them. I needed help about a fraud case and noone was willing to help me and all I needed was to fax something
The fraud department suggested I should do a that they would help me. Terrible, just the few minutes u spent there 3 other different customers got out there so upset.

I have banked here for many years one of the tellers knew my name by sight and I would not Bank anywhere else excellent customer service.

Why this location doesn’t have the drive through deposit anymore? I just opened my account because it is closed to my house and it was convenient. Now I have to go inside to deposit into my work account
