Terrible customer service, I do not recommend this branch, the employees have a rude attitude and are not friendly at all.
Resubmitting my review since this branch tried to have it removed. We would not recommend this branch to anyone with a small business who's doing really well especially if you're a young entrepreneur. There's a teller there who racially profiled my son who has a business acct there, and even after complaining to the manager she was extremely unprofessional. I've just realized they had my review removed, I'll continue to put the review to hopefully save others from visiting this branch. We are taking our business elsewhere with a bank that loves and supports small businesses.

Terrible customer service. Can’t even open up an account as they have no one to handle your business. Must make an appointment. What happened to a personal banker?
