3Ms. Pow helped us open our first CD. She was knowledgeable and accomodated us even when we didn't schedule beforehand. She adds a lot of value to JP Morgan Chase.
Awful customer service! First of all, Wells Fargo illegally held onto over $7000 in funds. And when I complained, they were rude. And then to top it off, when I tried closing that account and removing all remaining funds, they refunds to help, citing policy. I ended having to go to another branch, where they then helped me without no questions. This particular branch is full of rude and incompetent individuals that should be in an industry where they don’t know how to be helpful. This branch turned me off to Chase completely.
This supposed to be my bank an 2/21/2023 i went to notary a doc, and they refused, my first time that happened and it's was in this branch, so disappointed I'll close my account today for sure.
