4RUN! This is a prime example of employees that just don't care. When I asked why they put a 10 day hold on a cashier check Tori was completely useless and of no help stating there was nothing she could do because the system was all controlled by AI.
I would rather go to the chase bank on 54 by Walmart than this one. The tellers always have an attitude. They don’t always greet you and now one ever answers the phone.
We just moved to Florida and were looking to open a personal checking account. Our banking experience used to be at small, local banks. This time we were looking for a larger bank with more online services. We decided on Chase after comparing other banks on the web. Scheduling an appointment online was easy. We met with Gena Allen, who patiently explained everything and completed the process very efficiently. She was very professional with a small dose of personal touch. Great experience!
