One working ATM in the whole bank is ridiculous. Every time I need a few cash dollars for something like haircut or cash only events I have to leave an hour early because I know I’m gonna be waiting 22 mins at the ATM behind 6 people. I would give this place 0 stars if it was an option.

Unfortunately I can't put 0 STARS or -100, I was in this location yesterday and a teller told Me something and today a "supervisor" that I don't remember well, (Sushi, Sachin, Sasha) I don't remember well, told Me today something really different and also She wasn't nice at all. I not surprise with the 2 stars review showing online for this Bank location.

My experience is that I have been there for 8 years and it has gone very well. I have no complaints, not even from the bank officials.

Teller rather chit chat with someone not even in the line than helping out customers in the line.

Staff is very friendly except manager. I had a problem with my app and ledger not being correct and the staff told me to wait for her to get off her lunch break. I waited about 15 minutes and she came in with a hoodie looking irritated that she had to deal with customers problems after she had gotten off of break.

The issue was that every time I made a transfer to my checking account or had money sent there through Zelle, it would go to my savings account for some reason. Also at end of the day all of my money in my checking account would some how end up in my savings account without me initiating a transfer.

I was planning on opening a business account through Chase and needed to make sure that my ledger would be correct. After explaining the issue, and even showing her proof on my transfer history she kept belittling me, and acting as if I was liar and said I should have taken a screen shot even though the proof was right there in my app. She even tried to explain to me what posted and pending transactions are and what available balance and pending balance is as if I didn't know the difference when I already stated I double checked those. She then tried to end the conversation by saying "I'm not going in circles with you call Chase customer phone service! "

I also had a problem with a merchant charging me a fraudulent charge that I did not authorize and she then told me it was my fault. I asked her to disconnect my account from the app that I had signed up for through plaid and she told me the only way to do that was to close my account entirely which is false as plaid has informed me that Chase is the only entity that will be able to do this, as they are unable to disconnect the account.

She was extremely rude the entire time unknowledgeable, unpresentable, and should not be a manager. What manager tells a customer to close their account? There are many other staff members that work there that could be better managers than her. Whats even worse is that she acted so haughty when she could only be a couple years older than me.

Correction sorry just found out she wasn’t even a manager. She was acting as a “manager” her name is Sasha wouldn’t provide me with her card, employee ID, or anything after returning and asking. Have put in a complaint with Chase. Went to a different branch and had my problem solved in less than 20 minutes by a regular teller smh.

The worst Chase branch. It's a problem for everything and you have to make an appointment to be served. I was going to open an account and I regretted it, they are the worst

AVOID AT ALL COST! They'll lose your $$$ & have no remorse to find a solution. On Dec. 13th my son Deposited his school grant check with "Robert Colon" which we later find out nothing was Deposit due to his Incompetence to do the only thing he's been hired to do. When returning to get a resolution on Dec. 19th the Teller "Angie Perez" ask for a proof of reference (Check Paystub) which was given, she NEVER RETURNED IT & We Later find out She LOST IT! Only to involve the Branch Manager "Diane Castellano" which has been completely Incompetent & uneffective since her favorite quote is "It's out of my Hands". We've requested a backlog of "Robert Colon" Deposit of said date along with a copy of the bank camera footage & still nothing! Fast forward to Today Jan 4th when I as parent had to get involved only to because I could not believe a Bank of this Magnitude could this much many useless Incompetence employees. After Repeatedly insisting for proof of report and proof of Footage only to be handed an 800 number & their best wishes on a resolution. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
