Was asked to sit down and someone will come to help, waited for 45 minutes and no one came over. 2 male and 1 female bankers just sit there and do nothing. They make eye contact but do not want to acknowledge clients sitting and waiting. They sit at their desks pretending to work. Don’t go there unless you wan to waste your time and not achieve anything.

We arrived at this branch at 1: 30pm asked what was the process to go from a first time bank account to a High school. The lady told us to wait for one of the bankers to assist. We waited until 1: 55pm for the banker to told us that they were not able to help us cause they were closing in 5 min. Thanks Chase.

Over 5 years banking is not considered by big bank's like Chase when you have a simple issue that a personal small bank would assist you with. Not sure if it is this bank branch manager or the policy of Chase that is the issue, but I will be looking for a new bank, preferably one that builds personal relationships and not a faceless big bank like Chase.
