6 I have always loved Chase Bank. I just wish that my local branch would have one of the drive app ATM instead of having to go into the foyer of the building.
In Florida, it's not too big. A deal except on days when it's raining.
Always helpful and polite staff, knows me by name and always have a willing smile and attitude. I love them.

Racist. Petty. Terrible customer service. BULLIES! This is not the branch for minorities at all! They're haughty and could care less about equality among their customers, made me feel less than and devalued as a customer. Triple checked my identity while all the white customers just came and went. Even tried to excuse it by saying the customer next to me was also doing the same, she was ASIAN (proving my point!) Then had three people come out to all stand around as if I was about to rob them! I was in tears when I left. But to make sure they dug all the way in they had their own investigation done (without my request or permission) on the situation so they could send me a letter and reiterate their position. Way to beat a dead horse Merritt Island Chase! You'll reap what you sow, bigger than you sowed and later than when you sowed, but you'll definitely reap your own negative energy and bigotry.
Went there on my day off Saturday to add my wife to my account and couldn't get it done because they had no staff member that could help me with it. Now I have to take off work during the week and loose pay just to set it up to give them money isn't that funny. Really thinking about closing my account and doing my banking somewhere else
