Chase Bank, St. Petersburg FL

I had a probate/beneficiary issue I had to take care of with Chase Bank. The bank officer who handled the situation was Kristy Rose. She was a total pleasure to deal with! Very professional and kind. I'm so grateful for her knowledge and compassion in dealing with my business. A+ recommendation!

Don’t get quarters from here. All 3 rolls on two trips had a fake quarter and a nickel in them.

I opened an account today and Kristy was incredibly helpful. I’ve never had an experience like this at the bank. She is a true professional and extremely approachable and was able to break options down for me in a way that I could understand. I feel that she genuinely wanted the best for me and my finances. Then I met the manager, Mike, who was very welcoming and warm hearted. Very excited to be banking with Chase and have these connections at this branch!

A bit long, someone else was exchanging Mexican money for American money.

The worst location only Two parking spaces you had better be on foot! Very tight squeeze to park in an narrow alleyway. I only went cos the conputer was down @ my usual location & it was a bear as downtown driving is anyway! Only gave two stars cos the attendant was pleasant & totally agreed w me ty.
