I hate writing negative review.but the manager in this location is the most arrogant, and disrespectful person, it seems he forgot that his job is to serve people!

The manager LUIS CANARIO is extremely rude and incompetent. I went to the branch to get help with and instead of helping me he created even more issues with bank. I couldn’t understand how Chase can keep manager like this WHO DOESN’T KNOW WHAT HE’S DOING.

I don't understand how chase can employ such unprofessional, RUDE and Crazy manager as LUIS CANARIO. He's there not in a proprietary position, with his mind he should be working as the doorman there. I've submitted complain with CHASE and hope they'll make the right decision about his position.

This branch is an embarrassment to the Chase bank. The staff is extremely lazy, rude, arrogant and incompetent. This is a national disgrace and upper echelons of the Chase need to take a serious look at this branch and execute serious personnel changes.

It is incredible that Chase has not closed down this atrocious location. I simply could not let go of how terrible my experience was and felt compelled to write a review, only to find myself among so many others with similar experiences.

My wife and I went in to open a new checking account, a joint savings account with over $15,000 ready to deposit and open another credit card. After waiting to see someone, we were told our coupon was expired. After asking if there was any other coupon to use I was told I could go home and look it up online to see if there was something I could find. I stopped my wife from getting up to leave and simply used my phone and and instantly asked if the new coupon I found was what was available. The woman said she guessed that is what I could use. I asked about the credit card I wanted to open/ up grade to and I was told that a few weeks earlier a rule was changed and I would not receive the free miles for opening the card. I tried to ask if she was willing to work with us or tell us more but she simply ended the conversation. I was shocked at the level of disrespect and lack of enthusiasm to help a customer and accept my money and new accounts. Our entire interaction could have been under 5 minutes.

I have been a Chase customer for years and this experience had me consider finding a new bank. I do not recommend anyone to go to this location and I hope someone high up enough from Chase will see this and invest the any amount of energy to help move this staff from quiet possibly the lowest level of customer service.

I went here at 11am Saturday 23rd 2019. I wanted to deposit my $3450. I gave all $3450 to banker staff and he received it and counted it. The first time he said $3480, the second time he said only $3400, I didn’t believe and told him count again. He still told me $3400. I told him gave me back money to deposit money by machine and I can deposit only $3400. I confident that I counted at home it is $3450. I believe this banker stole my $50. Such a bad banker: (I deposited here 3 times by machine before and always got correct amount which I counted at home. I Never trust people
here any more. People please don’t trust bankers here, just use machine, machine won’t lie and steal money.

I am writing this review regarding a recent experience with Luis Canario, a manager at the Chase Bank branch. I have never been more disappointed and underwhelmed by the level of customer service and incompetence from this individual. Not only did he not know how to do his job (I ultimately had to go to a different location to return a money order) but he made go back and forth to western union twice insisting he was right and there was nothing he could do. I was able to get this resolved in less than 2 minutes at this other location. What should have been a very quick visit resulted in me losing hours of my time. I find it difficult to believe this person is qualified to be in a manager position and should probably go through additional training to avoid future let downs with other customers.

I’m a client in this office and it should closed, they don’t like to work, they are always doing nothing in their office and if you need something they just say “sorry we are resting for lunch, for breakfast, for tea, for call, for facebook, for insta.for everything. It is like that everyday, avoid this office.

Customer Service is horrible. After waiting 30 minutes, I left. This is not the first time that I have experienced bad cs. They need better trained and more employees. This location is always busy.

This branch is full of incompetent bankers. They have misspelled my name or business name on all of my business accounts causing funds to be frozen for weeks at a time and forcing me to come in and resign papers over and over multiple times until everything is correct. Do yourself a favor and go to another branch, there are no competent bankers who have the ability to spell things correctly here

The manager LUIS CANARIO from this branch is extremely rude and unprofessional.my family had been doing business with this bank many years now and never encountered someone like this character. We hope to find a new manager in this branch, because employees like this are the ones destroying businesses reputation.

I feel like i do not belong at that bank as a customer. I feel like i could get more help if i had more money. I feel like i am asking for help in the wrong place at the wrong time always. More money more business for Chase not for me and my overdrafts making Chase bank richer while i struggle.

The staff at this branch is very quick, professional and helpful, they are always willing to give you the best customer service. Jamaal has helped me more than once when I needed assistance and has been awesome. Keep up the work Chase!

Don't go to this bank the staff some will steal your money some of my family remove there monies to a different bank because of tallers! I was trying not to give this a STAR THE STAR I GAVE NEEDS TO BE A ZERO!

Look, if you really want to learn what a wait is go to the Citibank a block away. Yes it is a busy downtown Edgewater location and you might have to wait - but the customer service is aggressive and does their best and solves the issues of each customer one by one and in a comprehensive way. Also a lot less bureaucratic and more oriented "can do" attitude than Citi and lots of other inflexible banks. All banks are a pain in the neck; this Branch though less pain and doing great overall.

Horrible staff! This beach always has a crowd of people waiting for service and no staff.

The manager Allan admits that his staff doesn't show up for work, thats why you have to wait Unbelievable this location is just asking to be robbed

Octavio was very helpful, like this branch because it is always fast service here. Never more than a 5 minute wait. Great service
