Just visited some resident friends of mine here. A great experience as a visitor and my friends said the care is top notch!

The staff were all friendly. The room was missing a remote. When staff was asked about it, they quickly found another one and brought it to us.

Very clean facility and staff is friendly.
But. My cousin was left in her wheel chair too long that day. Otherwise it was good.

Continue to be very impressed with both facility and quality of service provided. Competent, courageous staff, prompt response to requests for help. Very nice environment for visitors as well, comfortable lounge areas, clean convenient restrooms, good high speed internet access, cafe.

As visitors, we were treated respectfully and the welcome was friendly. The staff appears to treating the patient, our friend, with respect dignity. She is recovering, albeit slowly, but she looks to be well groomed. According to the patient, her desires and wishes are respected. Her accomplishments, such as gaining enough strength to walk, were warmly acknowledged. This was really appreciated by the patient.

Upon my visit to see my friend today … I met with a wonderful and helpful receptionist, who directed me to my friend’s room…. Within the hour I was there… 3 aides came in …all very friendly as well as caring … to either administer medication or to see how she was doing…. And if she needed anything…. My friend had nothing but praise for them all….

This is a great place for seniors to live and recover. My mom lives here and is well treated. The staff does a great job of taking care out and entertaining the residents. Thank You

Patients are treated as people, not numbers. Place is clean and maintained. Staff does all they can to make patients valued.
