They messed up my order. I went back and they messed it up again. The girl was not nice at all. Terrible service

CAN I put a negative 5? I went through the left side to say it was closed and to come around to the other side. I work fast food that lain
should have been blocked off I should not have to go back around and wait around other cars

Food was good and they got the order right. But tthe gentalman working the drive thru was rude and literally tist as I was pulling off all because I asked about the receipt. Uncalled for.

Horrible. Milkshake machine was out of order. Left side drive thru register also out of order, but no sign or barricade. Waited 30 minutes for my order. Clerk couldn't care less when I complained. Won't be returning.

The checkers on Brentwood and Nova road is the best one. The staff is friendly the food is great fresh and they always have chocolate shakes.

I stopped at Checkers out of desperation and starvation. I'd been driving all day and impulsively got off the highway in Daytona Beach FL to look for a place to eat. It was close to 9 pm in February during the pandemic so my choices were limited. I drove around for about 1/2 hr before stopping at Checkers. I had a 250 miles to go and Checkers was the only restaurant open that I found that wasn't either a "fern bar", an hour plus several courses or a complete dump. Checkers is, IMHO, a little bit of a greasy spoon. But it's a chain so the spoons are standardized and that seems good. I'm not a fan of hamburgers or fried chicken sandwiches and those were my only choices for eating and driving. It filled my empty stomach for about $10 and since it's a drive through only restaurant, Covid concerns were minimized. Overall, a quick sandwich for a reasonable price can be purchased at Checkers and this particular location had friendly, patient and helpful staff to endure my extended decision making process. Unfortunately the milk shake machine was broken and that was a big disappointment for me since I was looking forward to a vanilla milk shake. When everything is in working order, this is a good place to bring children and non-discriminating hungry adults.

Overall visits here have been 5 star, just like most businesses they do have a time or two where they make an error on the order, however they are quick to offer a solution. Food has always been hot and fresh and they have the best options for fries in town.

Long wait time. 1 lane open on the weekend! They don’t have it blocked off and still have the light on, so then they tell u to go to the other side. Do y’all have a cone to sit there to block the line off? Can y’all turn off the light of the particular line is not open. Imo there should be no reason it is closed. Fast food takes 25 minutes now?

Fries was freshly made but I seemed to have missed the warning that it was spicy. Ordered boneless chicken.it was hard and quite unlike previous purchases. Server was kept busy and was pleasant enough.

The customer service was great and so was the food! Plus I met a very cute Young Woman Who I would like to see again? ! Happy New Year

Miss communication about memu broad Fried love double #5 in the the register have a single burger when answer questions about the store.address 575 International Speed Way Daytona Beach Florida 32114 the have a bad attitude towards the customers need to clean Inside an outside the property, memu need to referrals the same information.

Just have to say check your order before you leave. I know they're busy but sometimes people don't listen to what you're asking for it and you get something else Just saying

I ordered last night 2 double checker cheese burgers got a fish and chicken.i wouldnt feed that to my dog

On 3 different occasions I've come here, everytime I've tried to order the chicken wings i was told it takes too long to make so they dont want to do it. Then I try and order other options, such as the hotdog they say ther are out of hotdogs, or oreos for the shake i want, or vanilla ice cream for the other options i tried. Honestly i couldnt imagine any functional kitchen being out of so many items, i only wish i could rate 0000 STARS

Poor customer service and stale and nasty food. Don't stay open late night if you're going to sell bad food. 1 am bad experience. Either hire new staff or close and let a better restaurant service this community.

Cold fries, a cold Big Buford that looked like it went a few rounds in a broken dryer, and a lukewarm spicy chicken sandwich that was as uneventful as an Al Gore election rally. Coke was cold though, so there's that.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! TWO WINDOWS- ONLY ONE OPEN AT NOON. THEY DONT BLOCK THE CLOSED LANE SO THEY TURNED AROUND 5 DIFFERENT CARS WHO PULLED UP TO THE SPEAKER. AFTER BEING IN LINE 5 MINUTES THEY DONT HAVE THE DRINK I WANT! IM NOW STUCK IN LINE FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES FOR A FREE COKE. WHOOPEEFRIKIN DOO

Very rude when ordering through drive-thru. She greeted us with " What do you want" with a irritaded response. Also she said she didn't have any Ice cream, but they always do. I understand you're understaffed, but that doesn't justify being rude to customers.

This place is terrible and needs to be shut down. Workers are rude. Manger verbally abused his workers and was extremely rude to all customers. Oh the typical we dont have icecream excuse because you guys dont know how to manage your people or they are *too lazy* This checkers makes the one in my home town look like a five star restaurant (i was visiting daytona). Also, the food was awful. I would give 0 stars if I could.
