28They got my order wrong and I drove a couple miles to get there they didn't even want to reimburse me or do anything for me
I waited 13 minutes at the speaker for someone to take my order. It took another 5 minutes to get my food. Very unfriendly.

Typically great service over night, but approx 2: 30am Sun 10/15 that changed. Pulled in to the left side drive through, no response. Another patron pulls in the right side, orders right away. So we back up, pull in the rights side, place our order. Pulling away, I realize our fries were forgotten. U-turn, and we're back. I go to the window, and after another patron places their order, I wait. And wait. And wait some more. I flashed my receipt to the cashier, no response. Just slow.
I barely got any fries in the large fries I ordered and didn't receive any ketchup packets that I asked for. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, especially when I can go to just about any other drive-thru and receive competent service.
Been here at least 3 times. This place always has fresh food! I think it's made on the spot. Best fast food in Tampa.
1. They always give preferential treatment to the drive thru vs walk ups. 3 or 4 cars to every walk up. 2. The ice cream machine is constantly out of whack. Either too soft or sour tasting. 3. Go after 11pm and their "System" is always down and they don't serve food, even when I only wanna pay cash.
Its a bit run down (drive thru machine was broken when i visited) and obviously the food is not for the health conscious but at least the staff was friendly.
