Carmen and her manager have made me very happy today they fix a problem I had with the location on Fowler. They have my black dollar and hope everyone chose this store for they great customer service and going beyond the call of duty thank you all again here at the Hillsborough store.

Checkers at this location needs to have a sit down with the people they hire and self reflect on the kind of service they are providing us paying customers. Visited this place as a last minute decision as it was right in the way of the direction I was heading. I usually don't eat at checkers often. I grew up in a small town with no checkers around so I was not familiar with menu. Although the times I have eaten there I always ordered the same sandwich and wanted to try something else for a change. Upon reaching the intercom the lady who took my order sounded rude, uncaring and in a hurry. I was ordering food for four people and she kept saying is that it after everything I ordered. After heading to the window she seemed to brag about another customer knowing exactly what he wanted. May I also note I didn't take not even 2 minutes to look at the menu and decide so its not like I was there at the intercom taking up a whole lot of time! First off to that rude woman I would like to say this. I was and am always nice, polite, and respectful everywhere I go to everyone no matter how they treat me. Second, is a person allowed to look at the menu and then decide? Or should I just already Know what I want? So why is there an outside menu? Do people memorize the whole menu of all restaurants? Third If you hate your job or its stressing you out maybe try changing jobs to something else. Fourth would you want someone to treat you and your family this way? Why on Earth would Checkers have employees like this representing them. Makes them look bad because I know people who avoid certain restaurants and certain locations because of how rude and nasty employees want to be to paying customers. Sad!

Hit or miss with this location. Some days it's the best, other days employees are yelling, cursing, and rushing you through your order. Food is often not right or something was left out of the order.

Did was freshly cooked and hot. Manager was very pleasant. It was late and I wanted a Django but machine was down. Bummers.

The girl at drive thru was rude from start to finish. Made me feel like she could care less about the customers. I honestly feel that employees should always be polite. The burger I got was sloppy. Fries and Chilli dog were good. Disappointed in my overall experience.

Same as every other burger and chicken sandwich joint who puts bacon and cheese on everything, tasteless and redundant. Nothing special here just the same old same old with a different name.

Great place, if you say "bring the number 1 shake" they will make you a tasty Buford shake.

Why almost all checkers worker so rude? Of course was charged for something extra and they made me feel like it's my fault.

I ordered orange drink n got soda n the k lol day at drive thru made a comment as my girl friend was going down on me —- she said what’s she doing? I said like breast feeding now don’t be rude —- she smile n slip me them digits —- yo the food ok but be nicer to customers n check the orders

Drive thru Always I go to Checker's Because I do Love the hotdog plain bun steamed or grilled I Just Know I don't care which Checkers I go to W Waters and Fla Ave Never can I get That hot dog plain, or E Hillsborough Ave I get the Same, E Fowler Ave the Same thing, I wait and try to patronize with these fast food Because I do Enjoy every Once in awhile a quick bite, McDonald's too, And Wendy's the same you ask For napkin's they look at you Stupid, Fork with ice cream, Burger King takes the cake ok they good giving me a fork with ice cream I am Done with it All, I Just do Publix Grocery shopping and do My own thing Now Good riddins

Nasty I saw an roach with WINGS and the worker acted like it wasn't there and they didnt give me my two small fries. So when I called to get my money back they hung up on me. Im calling corporate and I might call cdc

The workers are very disrespectful and they get mad at you for bringing the order back when they got it wrong. I will never order here again

Absolutely horrible service. They rush me to make an order then at the end I tried to make one of the burgers a combo and they told me I should have said that at the beginning they had already totalled my order. I thought the purpose was to upsell.
