Checkers, Jacksonville FL

The food was good, there were only two people working and we got our food in a timely matter. The place is nice and clean. First time I ever seen a checkers to dine in. I recommend this place.

We usually have a difficult order but the staff not only got it right, but everything was so fresh that it was still hot when I got a chance to sit and eat my dinner; my milkshake was very melted but the rest was good.

Love this checkers they always get it right even at 2: 30 in the morning. That damn robot taking orders has to go though

How do you order a combo but get charged? Individual prices for your Sandwich, your fries, and your drink. They just charge me $16 for 1 combo because they rang it up separately instead of putting it in the combo so that they could get their money. Manager won't talk to you. They leave the little team members to try to talk to you because they don't Want to do their job and handle the customer

They asked us to pull forward the handed us our food and then a few minutes later wildcats and looked at us like what will we do and still sitting there for like you didn't give her drinks he's like oh my bad then he had to go back and get us or Sundaes cuz they forgot to make them

Avoid this place at all cost. The only thing they serve on the menu is cold disappointment!

It's just basic fast food. Somehow the seasoned fries were bland and the chocolate milkshake was spoiled tasting.

Horrible experience! Didn’t get the order right that we PAID for. Called to make it RIGHT and their number was disconnected! 103rd at it’s best… NOT! Save your money go elsewhere!

Great customer service, but warm chicken tenders and cold fries
Went back today for the fried mushrooms, they were not fresh and not good.

My deep sea double and spicy double chicken sandwiches were both overcooked. The woman who took my debit card and gave me my food didn't say hello, how much the order was, or thank you. Not a very favorable visit.

For some reason I can’t seem to get hot food. Sometimes the fries are warm, but every single burger and chili dog I’ve ever ordered are cold. I didn’t think I needed to specify I’d like a hot burger and hotdogs.

Went to drive thru, ordered. Got to the window, wrong order, then told my order didn’t go through. Then got told car machine is down and I can’t get my food. I get 30 min for lunch and it’s wasted.

Definitely good food. I don't think they have ever messed up my order there. A little stingy on the condiments but the food is always good and hot!

I have come to this restaurant several times. What I said the first time still holds true. Enjoyed the meal. Staff was pleasant, quick and professional.

I've been to Checkers three days in a row for those fried mushrooms. They're so good I might have to go back for dinner and get some more.

The woman working drive through has an absolutely nasty attitude and is never in a uniform. Today my fries were placed upside down in the bag and before I could even say anything they busted out laughing. I will NEVER take my friends family or coworkers to this checkers again! Not to mention if they are slow and not busy they Redrock the fries in the fryer to reheat them and it makes them so hard they aren't even ateable! It's sad such a great restaurant it could be but between the service and the food I will take my money else where!
