I came here for lunch for years and I’m just trying to warn everyone it’s a waste of time. The food will be cold, or for the best warm an incorrect. They will refund you for an order they completely screw up but plan on waiting excessively long time and always end up short or to receive things you didn’t didn’t ask for

The wait was long with hardly anyone there but the food was fresh and hot and delicious. Customer service wasn't the best from some workers. Ordered and paid for a banana milkshake. Wasn't told it waS out until order was ready but they did replace it with a large slushi of my choice, however that was more liquid than slush. But once again, the food was great.

Was very rude the red headed manager let me stand at the window for over 15 minutes when I started walking away is the only time she paid attention to me and then yelled out if she could help me

Everytime I come to this location I receive a very unprofessional experience. I am not sure the lady managers name. She is very short and rude. I am a manager I fully understand that we have rough days, short handed, issue after issue ect. No matter what you have to greet each customer with a smile and friendly attitude. By no means are you to speak down to anyone. I hope that she gets through whatever she is going through before coming into work. From one Gm to another.

I was there getting an Uber eats order nobody was at the window for about 4-5 minutes they saw me and other customers standing there and didn’t bother to come to the window I knocked and let them know who I was picking up for and the girl went over looked at the bags and said it will be a minute I asked what a minute was she cam to the window and said “what” I said what is a minute politely and she slammed the window shut the other customer even said that is not ok I’d report it and left and that is what I am doing they would not give me the girls name which is unfortunate honestly but I will never be back there again the worst customer service

Bought chicken bites that have been in their heat drawl for a long period. Had a 1/2 lb of crunchy burnt bites. Soggy fries. Never again here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING FROM HERE. Your call.

Not the most favorite place in this particular location, Management very unprofessional and Customer Service is Horrible. Don't recommend

The people who work here are so unprofessional. I ordered a 6 piece mozzarella cheese stick, a medium fry, and the baconzilla combo. The burger is for my boyfriend. They asked me 4 times what the toppings for the burger I would like. I was then given the food at the other window and because I noticed I was missing something, they became very combative and started arguing with each other on who read the bag properly or not.
They also do not give you a receipt.
Also, if you're going to charge for sauces.charge. I asked for a sauce and instead of telling me they were 75 cents they were very rude and acted like I knew that, and was trying to get away without paying for it.

I wish I could give this branch zero stars the evening manager I guess he said his name is Reggie is rude unprofessional. They messed up my order and got mad at us threatened to drag me through the parking lot because he didn’t wanna give me my food that I paid for the whole location just need to be shut down. There’s too many issues with it.

They say they close at three but I went multiple times at 2: 30 and they say they’re already closed for the night

The food was good, but they gave me the wrong order. I realized it after I was already driving down 34th St. They quickly fixed it when I returned. Make sure you check your bag before you drive away.

Worst checkers location. They got my order wrong every single time, regardless of where I ordered: app, drive-thru.

Tired of the attitudes when I come there no matter the location. They just don't want to be there. And it shows.

Cashier rude took 15 minutes to get food and was told they where cooking fresh fries and fries still cold horrible service.

Terrible customer service the lady that works in the window daidja threw my straw at me after handing me my drink she was watching me not look because I was sitting the two drinks down she had handed me when I mention that was rude she said it’s because everything is moving fast so she was going to sit then on my window which is crazy she still did not apologize after all that I proceed to my receipt which is actually the pass kitchen receipt for the cooks very terrible service
