Checkers, Temple Terrace FL

We ordered about $30 worth of food, including wings, so they politely asked us to park to make them fresh. I simply asked could everything be fresh since we already have to wait. They responded yes mam. We parked, and 25 minutes later the wings barely had sauce on it, the burgers were made wrong and out of everything, EVERY SINGLE fry was cold. Smh. I love Checkers dont get me wrong, but I could have went next door to Firehouse Wings and paid LESS, waited for the same amount of time and my food, without a doubt would have been HOT. I was going to ask for a manager but EVERYONE in there looked under 23 with no potential in resolving my issue. Sooooooo I'll go back in the day time and speak to someone then. Stay tuned Checkers.

I was told I would have to wait 6 minutes for some boneless chicken wings. It was more like 15 minutes.

I was warned not to come here and I did anyway. I'm glad I didn't listen. It was fresh and hot. Exactly what you desire from Checkers. It always reminds me of childhood.

There's this one guy there that you can tell he enjoys his job. Always a smile and good humor. The food is good, fast

Horrible service, just left drive thru Manager with red hair rung me up sat in drive thru 15 minutes with 1 car at window I live in Temple terrace food was cold bun was hard as a rock which means they dropped it maybe earlier than I came along and it was given to me burger was cold I can't believe they operate like this nothing was fresh next time I'll go across street to burger King

They were ready to send me on my way before they gave me my $25 worth of food. Only handed us a smoothie.burgers were meh.

They never get the order right even if you go up to the window they lacking customer service and a lot more

Second drive thru is open, however nobody is there all the time to take orders. It's such an inconvenience when your just sitting there and no one is there to provide service!
Checkers. Put comes out so nobody will go on that lane. Uhg!

Customer Service is horrible. Food is extra greasy. It was atleast 2ml of grease that leaked from my burger. I recommend the hotdogs and specialty drinks

Horrible, trash, the WORSE food that I have ever had from a fast food restaurant. Do NOT go there

A national fast food chain great hamburgers season fries great little prize shakes drinks great little place to eat mostly just drive-through there is outside space you can sit down and eat very nice cashier took good care of me

I had to wait too long for service even though I was the only petson at the walk up window. But you got a 4 because you gave me a free apple pie for my troubles.

Checkers use to be my spot until they introduce mozzarella cheese sticks and chicken patty sandwich.

Order is always correct. Service is big city fast with southern hospitality. Food is always fresh and hot. Not typical to give a fast food restaurant 5 stars but these guys just get it done right.

Excellent service, the employees are wonderful and very quick to respond and very helpful. Also the orders are always right. This place deserves 5 stars from me.:)!

It was hair in my food I was very upset because I drove very far. I called the store 5times nobody pick up

Service was slow and the girl at the window wasn't friendly, food was moderate in comparison to service. Could've been better all around.

Last visit I had to wait over 15 minutes due to them running out if bacon. Barely got an apology.

Order was wrong drink was tasting very nasty taste like the bottom of the drink fountain what of waste of my money

Visited this location twice in one week, and I received cold soggy fries and overcooked old apple pies. However the hamburgers, and chicken sandwiches was fresh and hot.
