Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, Lakeland FL

Cheddars always serves hot, tasty food. This visit was no exception. Even though the restaurant was very busy, our waitress was attentive and our wait wasn't too bad.

Its was great the strawberry frozen mixed drink was good to and I dont usually drink got the spicy chicken wraps awesome

Fantastic resturant. Both the service and food preparation were above expectations. Love those dinner croissants with glaze icing. In fact, tried the same method this week, at home and was amazed.

Great Service, Friendly Staff and Phenomenal Food, if you are looking for a romantic date idea or a night out with some good friends, this is the place to go!

Take out order is disgusting. They never complete your order, or your food is half cooked. The manager lied and said he would send a gift card and I have yet to receive one! This is my 2nd bad experience with them.

Food and Service were excellent. Crescent Rolls were a hit with the 4 of us. Portions were generous and a great $ value

Food was lacking in flavor, and taste alot like Glory Days food, as if it was microwaved. Will not be back.

Visited twice with a party of 9 to 16. Service was good but often things were forgotten. Best honey and butter croissants ever. Chips and salsa was great. Cheese with hamburger mixed with chips were a bit salty. Both soups were great, potato and crunchy chicken noodle. Salad was also good. I would go back with smaller party to see if orders would be more accurate. Drinks were ok and coffee machine was broken the night we attended. All in all we had a good time.

Food was excellent, however the service was terrible. Our waitress only came to our table 3 times in an hour and a half time.

Quick service, kind staff, and great food - the burger was a little greasy but otherwise one of the best i've had

My family loves this place! We came earlier in the week for the first time in a while, and everything was so good we are back not even a week later. I had the meatloaf-it was amazing! The manager (Joany) here is always so friendly and inviting.

Cheddar's is a nice place to go depending on who you get for a server.
The food is just ok the service is professional and friendly.

Dine here regularly, cheese bites were very good and wife's salmon was outstanding. However, their "new" 14oz ribeye was actually a NY strip with lots of grizzle. I pointed it out to the server and he said he would mention it to the manager. Didn't hear a further word nor did a manager come to the table. Not the experience we are use to at Cheddar's. P. S. Their painkiller cocktail is wonderful.

I would not recommend coming to this cheddars the service was terrible and food wasnt even suitable to eat my waitress dumped tea into my lap and the experience was just plain horrible i will not be back

I have been a Cheddar's customer for a couple of years now, and I have never gotten a bad meal. After visiting three different locations, I have found the food to be consistent. For restaurants to be that similar, the training must be top notch. The homemade pot pie that I got in Clearwater was just exactly like the one I got in Lakeland. And that is exactly what I was looking for, just the same as last time. We love the broccoli cheese casserole and the other vegetable sides. If you want a real treat, get anything with the bourbon glaze. That stuff is so good you could eat erasers with it.

Everything here was excellent. My significant other and I have come here before and look it was great then. As for our return back it was followed up by an even greater experience. From the front door getting to the introduction of our server Dylan. Who preceded to do an outstanding performance. The food was incredibly delicious and for a relatively fair price. Beats the pricing of most places I've been considering the high interior set up and layout of such a restaurant. I would give it a higher eating if possible. Thank you for the great service and considerably delectable appetizers and entrees!

This is my go to sit-down restaurant, the food is always amazing and the steaks are cooked properly. I live in the area and have been here many times and don't know why I haven't done a review before. If you haven't been here it is definitely worth trying.

It was our first time dinning here. It was around 7pm on 11/14/18. I was amazed with the waitress. She new how to guide us through the menu. She was 100% right with her advice as to what to eat. She was very friendly, courteous, kind and sweet. In all my years of dinning out and being in the customer service industry, never have I encounter such great, professional service from anyone. Kudos to Ashlyn. Also she had the manager come over and we were giving free chocolate chip cookies for being first time customers! The food was exquisite and the restaurant was awesome! Thank you for such pleasant dinner and we will come back again!
