Great food and amazing service. Ask for Tyler, one of the best if not the best food server I've ever seen!

Called for pickup order my potato soup very good loved it put my friend ordered hamburger which she said eas great put baked potato was very very small was disappointed.

This Cheddars is by the mall and was super busy Saturday before Christmas. You never would of known by the great service and the Fantastic food. First time my wife and I had been and the food was very very good, I was very happy with the whole experience. Will be back.

Great food and service. Be careful of the insane traffic in and out of the Outlet mall. Seems to be congested at all hours. Otherwise a good experience!

The food was good. However, we only seen our waitress 3 times. Once to take the order. Once right after to food came. Then the last time to bring our check. She never refilled our drinks. The sad part is when I went to Chedders in Ohio it was totally different. At least there I got all refills I wanted. I will not go back to the Lutz Florida location.

On my recent visit.they took away the sweet potato Why? Bring it back so I ordered green beans instead.until my server told me they were frozen and wouldn't be ready until 4 hours later.ugh! I had a plane to catch so this made for a bad experience and flight home.

Love this place! A variety of different foods for everyone. The sides are a bit smaller than most places but the taste makes up for it. Definitely try the broccoli cheese casserole. Also the butter croissants are a must. Steak was cooked medium well & ribs fell off the bone.

Tonight was not up to Cheddar's standards. Went at a really busy time and the meal was not well presented. We got my wife's entree at tge same time the salad was served and before her gkass of wine.

Not sure we will be back.

Amazing customer service, good prices, huge portions, modern appearance, overall excellent experience.

The dinner selections vary, I had the Cajan Pasta and my neice had Monte Cristo sandwich both dishes were delicious. But the "Painkiller" drink WOW, the Tiki Punch was great too. Our server Haley was very attentive and professional. First time @ this location but not the last:)

Really great service. I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The kitchen will have you order prepared very fast. You could skip the appetizer and just have drink and your food will come out shortly afterwards.

I have never been to a scratch kitchen before so I had no expectations. I ultimately felt underwhelmed. The food wasn't as good other places. I would say give it a try just to say you have been there.

We are leaving there now four times or three of us each time it's been very good a pot pie is excellent an excellent price

Scratch Kitchen, seriously? Staff was nice, service good, descent prices. Menu is a typical chain restaurant fair. Deffinately a place to eat a clean healthy meal.

Always very good food! Service is hit & or miss. Our Server did a good job, but obviously the kitchen help has a hard time reading the Servers tickets.

Food has always been hot, tasty and fresh. Professional and courteous staff. Nice and clean inside and outside.

Food was cold sent it back and it still came out cold uuuugghhhh. Manager was nice about he took it off my bill.

Very good comfort food. Nice environment. Good service. Have eaten here several times, now, and the experience is pretty consistently good. This is not gourmet food. It's the kind of food you might make at home for your family.

The monte Cristo is a little oily and greasy on the outside but delicious on the inside. The burger and fries were good but generic.
