Cheeseburger Baby, Miami Beach FL

We had to wait two hours for our food. It wouldn’t have been as bad if the security with the dog (in the restaurant) didn’t have such a bad attitude! Basically when I checked on the status of my food he told me “it will come when it comes! ” Not to mention he handing food out to customers after touching his dog! Seems like a food and safety violation to me! The food was nothing to brag about, you can tell it was a rush job! For as long as it took I was expecting better! Just overall BAD EXPERIENCE!

We ordered 4 cheeseburgers with a side of fries, the total was almost 80$, the lady fell asleep taking our order, and we waited for almost one hour for our order, there was no one in front of us. AND we got our orders wrong

I ordered four burgers online and given a pick-up time. I arrived at the pick-up time and the food was not ready. I waited an additional hour for my order. I would have tried to speak with a manager but the only interaction are able to have there was a security guard handing out orders through a sliding window. Finally received my order and went back to the hotel. One of the burgers looked like half the patty was gone. Fries were cold but at least the shakes were decent. Place is a dump and customer service is nonexistent.

Been here so many times before for a great experience and great food. The place is not open except for outdoor seating which is less than appealing in the area it is located. Usually serve an absolute delicious burger and veggie burger but this time very very dissapointing. The food was so not cooked right, cold, and not flavorful. Like the employees could care less. And good luck trying to use the bathroom to wash hands during a pandemic. "You can go to five guys for the bathroom". The five guys has a code on their bathroom. And next time I will go there for my food.

It's been better in the past. Fries were soggy, veggies looked past their prime, but the burgers were juicy. Guess it was just a bad night Sunday for burgers.

I have made Cheeseburger Baby a MUST HAVE in my life. The bacon cheeseburger is the best. So much freakin bacon.and it's really really really really good quality bacon. I love the hours too! I'm coming back to have the mushrooms. Shout out to Stephanie!

Best burgers in Miami. The fries are goodies too but a double cheeseburger from cheeseburger baby is a full meal in itself.

A1 interaction with the crew that worked during the day. Cool cook. Cool gal -cashier. I should've asked them their names. Cool as the other side of the pillow. And Brett was on his game too. Stop here if you want to taste a burger that is closest to homemade! No mistakes! I'm sending everybody that I know to this spot. Thanks for the hospitality.

Very good flavor! Although it took a while for the food to be made, it was worth the wait. Definitely will be back!

I tried to get a vege burger, that was a fail because the staff was very rude and unhelpful but I found there are no vegetarian or vegan options anyway. I also observed very unsanitary behaviors (use your imagination) from the cook. If you value your well being, you would not eat here.

Ordered through Uber Eats at 9pm.had to keep calling to check on order. Placed on hold 2x for 10 minutes then hung up on me three times. Tried to call them for 15 minutes and they disconnected everytime!

Insult to injury- they cancelled my order at 10pm after telling me my order was being prepared.horrible experience!

Detron gave us great service and was very sweet! The burgers are HUGE and delicious but very affordable! I have never had a burger this good. They need one in Denver! Don’t miss out!

True 5-star burgers, among the best I've ever had. Nice 'rough' and urban atmosphere, with good and fast service. Highly recommend a visit if you're in Miami Beach.
