This is a wonderful facility. ALL of the nurses or workers in Chen are truly caring and the BEST! They will always bey doctors office. When you begin to age I hope you get the same experience as I have.

Good location. Dr De La Parte Pérez takes genuine interest in his patients,
Good listener, explains everything in detail and does not rush you out.

The Pines office is Awesome, they treat people with respect and they are professional while being personal

I was sent to doctors outside of my medical plan for more than one occasion. I was given the wrong date to see a doctor on more than one occasion it just seems that one hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing most of the time.

Excellent Customer Service. Dr. De La Parte takes time with his patients and offers good recommendations. I recommend the Center. The whole team is respectful and treat patients as family.

Chen medical center is the most doctors office I’ve been to that gives you such warmth and friendly careness. Everyone is full of smiles.and sees to you right away. As a new patient, my expectations are high. In each visit the care team and doctor have met and often exceeded my expectations. From low to no wait time, resolving my medical concerns, timely follow up on prescriptions when needed. Accessibility of the doctor has been fantastic. And friendliness and kindness of the entire team have been outstanding.
