Chen Senior Medical Center, Miami FL

The gentleman that’s opens in the morning who sit at the Customer Service desk is not friendly. He’s rude and very sarcastic. This gentleman is not customer service friendly. He show no compassion, concern, or care for customers that request assistance.

Very friendly welcoming front desk staff, and care team. When yu stop at the front desk ask for Dr. Cevallos.

The staff is very friendly and courteous, but at the same time very professional. Not to mention my PCP Doctor Iturralde, he is the best.he makes you feel so comfortable you can talk to him about anything.and he is in no rush.he listens. I would trade him for another doctor.you go Chen

The staff at the Chen Senior Medical Center is amazing and super helpful. Dr. Hernandez is great and thorough. Overall, I had a wonderful experience there. I would definitely recommend.

They give excellent care to my fiancee. Unfortunately they do not accept Medicare and Tricare for Life for us retired veterans. I would love to make them my primary care. I understand that you serve seniors and do not want to open your practice to general medicare. Is there a way to include military retirees 65 years and older in your practice?

Chen Medical Countyline deserves 5 Star rating. The office staff greet you with kindness and respect knowing you are there for your wellness. If you have an emergency, you are seen the same day. My wonderful Dr. Vitiello spends as much time as necessary to give her very best care. I am always made to feel welcome and respected. Thank you Dr. Vitiello and the friendly and efficient staff!

They are always very accommodating. I’ve had a couple of emergencies that I was able to walk in and get seen. They assist me in keeping up with my appointments & meds and staff member Karen is always beyond helpful. I appreciate them all.

I have been a patient at the facility on 411 for more than 6 years. Recently I decided to change to another clinic attracted by their social activities. The social activities were fine, but the medical attention couldn’t be compared to the one I just used to receive at Chen. And here I’m back again. The medical attention is excellent, warm and dedicated to well being of the patients. All the staff, administrative, nursing, doctors, make you feel that you are really important to them. Be sure I will not make any other experiment out of Chen. Thank you all.

Chen Center of County Line Road is an excellent facility. The Administrative department does an excellent job of keeping the staff flexible. The wait time is always great. The staff is just excellent. They are all kind and courteous. The greetings when you arrive is refreshing. It really calms you down. I have nothing but gratefulness towards this facility. The Chen Medical Centers are the best Medical Care Center I have ever visited. I highly recommend their Medical facilities. My entire family, members of age, attend Chen Medical Centers. And they get to know you personally. I feel special and loved?

First visit. Impress how guickly I was waited on. Staff pleasant going out of their way offering if any thing I needed to make me comfortable, like water or snack. Medical Tech came right out. Barely sat down. After Med Tech finish, Dr.came right in I was so surprise to see how quickly she came in. Had several follow-up appt, they where mad with me before I left. I can say it was the best visit I had to see a Doctor.

I'm a new patient at CHEN. I was very unsure about going to CHEN. I didn't want to leave University of Miami. I've been a patient since 2004 that's a long time, but I had to change places do to change in insurance. My visit with CHEN MED was great, I've got in awesome doctor. She loves to laugh and smile, she has a great Personality. The Staff is great as well, if you need help they're right there for you. The building is clean and spacious. I have a complaint. I'm glad I choose CHEN MED!
