Appointment 9 pm got door at 11 pm, unloaded at 01: 00 am, disconnect and go wait some where on street because no space inside, no over night parking, for pick up 5 hours, they don’t care about appointment unless you're late.

They have an automated check-in system in office near door #27. They do not want you parking on their property. Most park out in the center lane. It took 3 hrs to get loaded.

Truck drivers be aware of this place this is a horrible place!
First of all, they don’t want you in the yard at all so once you get here, you have to check in and get out on the street no matter what happened. Wait outside on the street!
You don’t have absolutely contact with no one and if you don’t have all information they ask for you won’t even be able to sign it!
No overnight parking and waiting time as you wait to be loaded or unloaded. It’s out on the street!

They have a no human contact system that requires you to use a kiosk. I had a return shipment and accidentally used the original pickup # instead of the delivery #. They called me like an hour after dropping trailer on a door and bobtailing out to the road. They told me I have to pull my trailer back off of the door before I can check back in with the correct #. I tried calling the # right back that they called from and they don't answer. They have blinds pulled down over the window to hide from drivers that may have a question. This place is rude and very arrogant towards drivers. The no contact thing is ridiculous and the parking out at the road is a pain to. I had to drop and hook twice because of the automated system.

If you want to reset your log, please come to the Chep. I have literally spent my whole day here, and still no sign of getting loaded. Came at 11 a.m, and it's 8 p.m, no sign of nothing. The worst part is you won't find any person to talk to. You will be checking in and out from Kiosk.

They don't allow you to park on the property. You have to park out on the highway in the center lane. It's best to walk up to check in and then walk back to your truck so you don't have to struggle to find a place to turn the truck around and come back and wait in line. The self check-in check-out kiosk is not always seem to work and the woman behind the glass seems to be annoyed that you bother her.

This place is junk. From the narrow driveway in, the people, and not being able to park on site when you are waiting for a door or after you drop your trailer in a door to be unloaded. This is the worst chep I've been to.so slow.

Never would we run a load for this place. Checked in at 16: 00 now 1900 and there still holding my trailer. Poor management

Every time I pick up here it's always a five hour wait. You can't talk to anyone because they don't understand what your saying.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely never again will i run a load to this place. Checked in 15: 00 ET currently 20: 00 ET and still waiting to get my trailer back. Ridiculous.
