Update: finally received "my dog" then received a voice-mail a few days later letting me know that my dog was ready for pick up or delivery and to call back to arrange the pick up or delivery of my dog. How is that possible if my dog's ashes are sitting on my shelf. Seeking legal advice against this awful excuse for a business!

If you want to wait 3 months and constantly call and beg them to send your dog, This is the perfect place. My dog died 3 months ago and "Jordan" has been telling me that she was lost, found, and then finally shipped. Only to find out she never shipped her that day like she promised. Had to call again and she promised again that she would ship my dog that day. She printed the label that day but never actually gave our dog to fedex and waited the weekend (not what she promised) when I asked her to overnight my dog because she had not been shipped yet, she proceeded to lie and say that she sent it Friday and she "didn't know what happened with fedex. " Magically, my dog was dropped off at fedex an hour later, not overnighted, sent by the cheapest service fedex offers. My dog should be here tomorrow. Is it actually my dog? If they have been so unorganized and it's taken 3 months to send her, who knows? Save yourself the hassle and the heartache. We just want to move past our dog's death and because of Cherrished memories, we can't.
