This stay was Awesome. Katie made my experience the best. I will stay here every time. Also SUPER clean and right near the beach!

Katie was freaking awesome! She fully accommodated me to the fullest while running 3 different hotels.

Decent rooms, great price. Semi friendly staff and great location. Watch the fees and deposits after you check out. They had the deposit held on my card for over two weeks.

We had some troubles with our reservation but Katie was so accommodating and helped us out immensely. Thank you

Didn't like the rooms my very first time here. So my husband and I started to upgrade for a suite. Best room we pick I spent thousands of dollars to experience the sexy jacuzzi. With that being said now up to date the bartender wouldn't give me a ice cup of water. Ask me did I have a tab.uuum excuse me? Check the coins spent on the suite YIKES! DEFINITELY DIDN'T EXPECT that. May suggest WATER LEMON WATER SHOULD BE ATLEAST FREE FOR YOUR GUEST SPENDING COINS ON A SUITE

After 7 days my deposit wasnt released, they are Reling me That the deposit was Made with another Credit as mine because of the 4 different Last Numbers. Then i was Stealing or something because i definitely done it with my card also I have the payment information there, and no one cares

I had a great stay at this hotel everything was really good. However I checked out on September 16th and until todays date still didn’t receive my nightly deposit of $100 (total of $300) and nobody is answering my calls or emails. I would say that what’s really upsetting me.

I checked out of this hotel on 10/4/23 after a 3 night stay and the $100/day deposit hold is still pending on my account. The phone number does not work and I cannot get in touch with anyone. The only good thing about this hotel is the location/ distance from the beach. The property smells. The staff are very rude and unprofessional. I would not stay here again.

The room had roaches. The assistant manager Belkeys very very rude. Pulled up to check in and she pulls up in her personal white Honda crv telling me i have to move or else she will tow me. Not even 3 mins parked and theres a 15 guest load and unload sigb. She then went and called a tow truck to tow my car while i was sitting. All because she wanted to park where i was. Very nasty attitude.wont be staying here again

The worst hotel in the area, they charge 100 dollars per day with a limit of 500 only as a guarantee, they do the cleaning after 3 days, the room doors do not close, the air is too cold, and they do not return the guarantee deposits Just so you know, they are thieves, the TV in the room is a very old LCD and the internet connection is terrible, it doesn't connect anything.

Melany and Julio are great and very informative! Pilar at the bar was awesome and the drinks are great! Full bar with excellent service. I will return.

Ok this place is for young people that's in Miami to party. Building 3 has no elevators so you have to carry your bags upstairs. It's walking distance to the beach. I would definitely say this is not a family friendly place. Definitely not for a long stay or planning to lounge in your room. It's loud and you can hear everything so probably not an ideal place for couples. It's clean enough and it will do the job for one or two nights stay. This is basically you get what you pay for.

The hotel was clean. Rooms were small with no views. Staff was courteous and helpful. Dont get me wrong, The hotel is livable but just oddly located without views. Does have a outdoor patio that was very comfortable. Short walk to beach was a positive.

I gave them a $400 deposit when I checked in my room, I use the minibar that came out to $100.88 cent, they won’t refund me the $299.12 cent back to me.and I’m pissed the hell off, it’s been 2weeks since I left, and they don’t answer phone because they don’t want to give me my money back, I will never rent a room here ever again in life, it was a very poor experience. I don’t recommend it, to nobody at all, and also don’t pick the room with the hot tub because there kno hot tub in the building nowhere, there gonna charge 21 dollars extra for Nothing smh

I stayed here on 9.11.23 - 9.12.23 for a layover I had in Miami with my spouse. The check in process was easy but the ladies at the desk weren’t very friendly or inviting.

The first room #205 we were placed in was not what I expected because the room online looked totally different. The phone didn’t work nor did the bathroom door fully close. We called to let them know the issue and they placed us in a second room #305 which the room door didn’t properly close and would be easy for someone to get in. We called the front desk to let them know the issue and we were placed in a third room #500. This room wasn’t any better. It was dirty and had hair in the bed and along panels. The wall paper was coming off the walls. This hotel was not what i expected and the pictures online are very deceiving. The hallways smelled and the elevator was very small. Also walls are very thin and we could hear the people next door talking.
The only good thing about this hotel was that it was walking distance to the beach and had plenty food options nearby. This is def a 1 star hotel.

Bad hotel, they charge you a guarantee to stay and they take a long time to return it to you.also recently they took it from the bank again. I called my bank and they say that the hotel won the helmet, I don't understand what the case is? What thieves. I call and call and they don't answer. I send emails and he doesn't respond either what shit.
