7Do not buy from here, I repeat do not buy from here, their appliances are the worse second hand appliances you can buy, they’re barely inspected and sold terribly painted. On top of all, the customer service is terrible, theirs a Puerto Rican women in the front that needs to be fired, she has a very bad attitude and she has no will to work there. I been buying here for quite some time guys and management changed, theirs a ton of other appliance spots that have better cheaper second hand appliances in the Tampa area. That women in the front needs to be fired the place use to be always empty because of how much they sold, with that women in the front I see the place going down, just my opinion trying to save people time and from bad energy.
Called to find out how much a repair would be because of information on the website AND WAS TOLD IT IS AN OLD SITE AND THEY DO NOT DO REPAIRS - F. Y. I.
They have a humongous sign reading “buy sale trade” but when asked they don’t accept any appliances. Waste of my time n gas!
Beware the bring it in if it breaks down,
even when under warranty.they Will not send out a repair man even if you have no way to bring it in.great way to throw in a scam.if your young and strong and have a pickup truck you might be ok, but disabled seniors are out of luck and money.
Extremely dishonest. Do not buy here. I purchased a refrigerator for $500, and it has a fan mirror that needs to be replaced within one week of purchase. $350 repair bill. They will not honor their product or repair it. Beware. Go somewhere else.
Chesters I have used for many years. The truth, large selection, the machines mostly in good to excellent shape, prices good and I have had good service with many (over 5 yrs with heavy use). They are friendly and helpful.
Bought a dryer from them, thing worked once before it broke. Had to bring it in TWICE to get it fixed, only for it to break again. They replaced the dryer with one that also didn’t work properly, but they refused to replace it. Now that dryer is completely broken. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. Do not shop here!
