Service at CHI is not free, but the people that work here act as if they are giving the people something. Here to do Labs been here since 8: 00 o’clock, it’s now 9: 17 no one has come to do Labs. We’ve been asking for a supervisor and she have not came to this area to address any concerns. At 8: 15 someone was supposed to be here to cover the shift of the absent worker. Yet, it’s been over any hour and no one is here.
Service and communication is very bad. We are not here just to have a place to go. We need the test to check our health.
There’s also a lady complaining that she’d been here 4 times and had to leave with no service. Whom is there that I can call to make this better not only for me but for everyone.

Long wait time (took me 4hours) but honestly that’s a given when it comes down to not having an appointment. The receptionist weren't all that friendly but given the fact that they have to deal with upset patients in the waiting room, I wouldn’t blame them either. Reached the MD named IRMA honestly she was really attentive nice and genuinely looked concerned and wanted to help. We set up for a follow up but honestly we went over all of my medical concerns. I was very pleased, hopefully I can’t receive her once again.

Very much pleased with the service I received. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They seemed to really have been concerned with my complaints. Professional staff and very pleased with the service I received. Will definitely recommend CHI DENTAL for all of my friends and family.

I went there an a new patient to get a piece of documentation for a specialist, registration was fast appointment was at 2: 45 I was there at 2: 00 HOWEVER it took until 5: 00 to get out of there. The whole time I was sitting a waiting and there was not a ton of people there, just slow service. Worse clinic EVER.

Worst clinic ever! They don’t take your health seriously. The pediatrician gave my daughter wrong diagnosis she said my daughter had gastritis and she prescribed the wrong medicine! Just because my daughter had a stomach ache and was vomiting. Even when I told her this was the FIRST time and was more like a virus! Plus they make you wait more than 3hrs just to see you. (After taking her to the hospital instead the hospital diagnosed stomach flu)

Everything is terrible and the doctor is racist and the nurses are lazy as hell but there only one lovely nurse
