Chi Massage, Ocala FL

Usually I enjoy my massages but this time it was not a good experience. A greater part of massage was done without oil or lotion so the friction of her hands against my skin made it uncomfortable, she massaged the same place for majority of the time.

I wish I could’ve spoken to someone but the language barrier would’ve made it hard to share my concerns.

Ask for Kelly amazing, I have an injured shoulder sometimes nothing can help but miss Kelly at chi. As she would say "pain today, no pain tomorrow. " Wish I had more money bc I would happily hand it right to her!

Katy is soooo good, very relaxing. Have been going here for two years. The atmosphere is perfect. Love the hot stones. Definitely a must try.

The ladies are very good and always sweet, just a little hard to communicate with. I would highly recommend them, always leave feeling a lot better than when I got there.

My brother and I love this place! He drives trucks and they made him feel like new. They were professional and polite. I have had a lot of tension in my shoulders and afterwards I felt amazing! We will definitely be back!

I scheduled a couples massage for me and my girlfriend to try it out. I needed more deep tissue, and she is more of a swedish massage preference. As a massage therapist myself, I was surprised they did not do an intake, where they ask the client questions essential to discussing a massage plan prior to getting on the table. My girlfriend was very relaxed and enjoyed her massage. Hers was perfect and met her needs. She was asked if pressure was ok, and it was nice to feel the hot stone massage on her back. I, myself, enjoyed my massage too, but I feel like my therapist didn't take the time to properly warm my body up prior to performing deep tissue. I feel it is very important to gradually go deeper on the pressure instead of going super deep immediately. I definitely appreciate the efforts made to get rid of my knots and tension I had all over my body, especially my back. I felt a lot of release going on tension wise, but my body would have benefited from a proper warming up of my tissue first. Maybe I should have spoken up about my experience to the therapist more. I did let her know when pressure was too much, but maybe I should have told her to gradually increase pressure. Price wise, it was very reasonable! Very affordable! Nice people and relaxing atmosphere overall, but needs a little improvement.

Omg my girl gave me a hour half massage and my poor bones were cracking! She was so awesome! I will return monthly! Thank you Chi massage for wonderful first time experience!

Not the most fashionable place on the outside but don't let it fool you. I was one big knotted mess upon arrival. Came out feeling like a new person. As good if not better than some of the fancy spa places and the Chiro massage therapist. Great value. I can't wait to go back!

My family and I have been using chi massage for about 4 years now I have only encounter A problem once during covid a new massage therapist told me to go to the room but I was pregnant and knew I couldn’t lay down but her reason was wanting to upcharge me and when she said that I told her I wanted foot massage she barely put pressure so I asked her to go harder and she refused I brought this to the manager attention and they sent a guy who sometimes comes in when it gets busy …the massage lady told me that no one was going to do my massage and I told her someone was on the way she didn’t seem to like my espouse but the issue my problem was resolved by the manager who was very kind and assured me that lady would not be there I understand things happen and people have there days but overall I love chi massage anyways just wanted to say they are the best and the service is wonderful l love Lucey Lea Amy and all the other older ladies they are very sweet and do a pheonomial job!

It was a very good experience, my husband had Amy and he is very happy. I don't know the name of the lady I had but she was great as well. Prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere was very quite. Would Recommend it and definitely going back.
