Chick-fil-A, Gainesville FL

Food was good but the sprite i got was very watery (i asked for no ice so this wouldn't happen) and they didn't give any sauces and i even asked for extra but other than that it's a good food source

I was impressed with how clean and organized everything was. The food was made right and was fresh. The employees where friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Chick-fil-A normally does a great job but not sure why the young lady thought it was okay to give me food that came out of another car because of her mistake. Then just make the statement of "re-bag it" is not acceptable. Once food has passed the threshold that food should go in the trash not to the next customer. Also my fries we're not hot because of that and I was reluctant to eat my meal because I don't know what that person in front of me had. I said something and it was handled as it should have been. Even though I requested to have fresh food. I usually have a great experience, but not this time.

There was a bunch of people in line to order but it only took 6 minutes for me to go from back of the line to ordering

Customer service is obviously good but y’all are starting to get like McDonald’s when it comes to putting sauces in the bag.this has happened multiple times where I don’t even get the one sauce I asked for and it was repeated back to me on my order.please get it together with something so simple.

The food was great as always but the service could have been faster. If your in need of a grab and go and there are cars already in the line, you might want to head somewhere else if you don’t want to wait.

The only free standing Chick-fil-A in town. This location is consistently busy so plan accordingly. The drive-thru line is extremely long but it moves quickly.

Love me some Chick-fil-A. Fantastic chicken shack. Great service way above average. Love me some chicken

It’s Chick-fil-A. It doesn’t need a review. But here it is: It’s delicious. I drink Chick-fil-A sauce.

Maybe they should lose a star because they don’t have the spicy chicken biscuit?

Very very very busy. The service staff was very friendly and helped their customers in a timely maner. Definitly will stop by again if i ever get the chance.

Good food as always and clean restaurant. My kid loves to play in the playground area which makes it a great stop to get some food as well as burn some energy. The only downsides is the parking and the fact like all Chick fil A's is closed on Sunday. Never stronger craving till that day. Can't wait to see new location soon in front of Target.

The food was good. Love the sauce- this location gave me enough. But didn't like this particular location because of the parking is not convenient.

On August 18,2018, I went through the Chick-fil-A drive through after moving my son into his UF dorm for the day. I was leaving on the driveway and hit a pot hole. Never got to head home on a four hour drive. Had to stay in a hotel for $200 and wait for the next day to have car towed to Firestone and put on a new tire for $110. I am NOT a happy Chick-Fil-A customer.

It's Chick-fil-A. The only way they could possibly be better is if it they were open on Sundays. Service is always amazing. Food is always amazing
