Chick-fil-A, Lakeland FL

Unusually slow lately. Still consistently good, but need to be better prepared for basic food orders.

The food was not hot when we got it and I waited forever for my toast and it was cold. Waitress was nice at first but was overwhelmed with tables and because of that she was not as pleasant. In the midst of what is going on in the world today, I felt for the whole staff and did not want to complain. We hope to return but it will be a while.

Don't know why I didn't find their Cobb salad sooner, it's so good! Always get through the line quickly given how crowded they usually are. The triple drive thru has certainly helped.

We love Chick Fil A, but this specific location was not the best place for us today. They were out of the two main items we wanted to order and the given options were not really the best. When we got the food, it has burned pieces, and I found a piece of paper inside the chicken strip box.

This location was not part of the nice friendly commercials you see on TV. The employees behind the counter care more about joking and playing with each other than their actual job which specifically starts with customer recognition, customer service or anything customer related! Drive thru seem to be flowing well but inside was a joke and it wasn't raining but curbside pull up was non existing.

Chick-fil-A is the best! Love their house sauce, staff is very attentive, also shakes are the best!

Redeemed my free 8 piece nuggets also bought small fries. Drive-thru was full but moved quickly with their staff taking orders while you're in line. They have the right formula.

Always super nice and fast at making your orders. I always like going here with friends and family since they are always so nice. Recommend to everyone.

I've never seen a place so busy. And everyone there was working hard, smiling.and we really didn't have to wait any longer than if it hadn't been busy. Wonderful place.

Love the staff and food here. Facilities are always clean and well kept. The app is excellent - I often get specials on the food, and I like saving money.

The management spends a lot time in training and it shows. Every associate is respectful, courteous, and just nice. The food is fantastic! Keep up the great work!

Fast service, good food but take out salad order was with wrong salad. Ordered a Cobb to go but got a SW salad instead. Was already home when I discovered the mistake at register 5, boo hoo.

Food is good. Pricing is a bit much for fast food and you usually have to wait in line forever.

The employees are so pleasant! Never have I had a bad experience at this location. Keep up the good work!

Love Chick-fil-A. Sometimes there's a little inconsistency with the grilled nuggets in terms of amount and size but that's an issue across the board and not just this location. Also, we got 2 iced coffees that were exactly the same and one was cloyingly sweet. Really like the friendly workers though. Will always be a patron of this Chick-fil-A.

No need to say anything! They no how to do it! Best service around! Everyone is looking up at them!

Extremely busy! Fast paced and efficiency like I've never seen. Staff politeness reminds me how beautiful the people are down south. I'm from NJ. This place is very well managed. Managers up and running supporting the busy crew. Very clean & Love the mouth wash in the rest room.

Not to impressed tonight. Feel like I am at burger king. (I dont like burger king) out side drive thru staff, no smiles, feels like we are a bother and where did my pleasure go? Place is slammed like normal. My car has not moved in 8 min

Nice food and an attractive atmosphere. This location has very good management always striving to make it right.

Went to Chick-fil-A today and was not satisfied at all with my order. The lady taking my order had difficulty understanding what meal I wanted to order through the drive thru and then charged me a large Chick-fil-A deluxe meal only to find that I was given a regular chicken sandwich and a medium coke which I did not order at all. Cashier did not give me a receipt either. Horrible service, wouldn’t recommend
