Chick-fil-A, Orange Park FL

So apparently I am to assemble my sandwich myself. The bun was given to me still in the plastic bag. It was cold and stale.
I was missing a whole meal and a fry. Went back through the drive thru and was told by the manager that they didn’t have any more fries to replace the ones I payed for and that they’re closing. The manager on closing duty July 7th, took my receipt and I heard either herself or an employee say “I feel like she’s lying” couldn’t tell who.and all the employees were near the window talking and complaining.
So I called the next morning and I’m not able to get a refund without the receipt that the manager took. Is this a Burger King or a chick fil a? Couldn’t tell the difference.

I MADE A BIG ORDER FOR RECOGNITION AT WORK. THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CARING. THEY EVEN CARRIED MY BAG TO THE CAR. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ON WELLS RD.

We came here the 5th of July after leaving Orange Park Mall to get Lunch and everything went well! Everything was good and I enjoyed it as well as my dad. The only thing that was wrong was that I asked for "grilled" chicken nuggets and I got "fried" chicken nuggets. Still then it was good and not sweet like how I think their fried chicken strips are. Anyways, very good!

We went to Chick-fil-A to get a grilled chicken sandwich which taste like nothing without the sauce I called back and spoke to a supervisor that an offer any solution but to come back in and get the sauce after I was in the line for over in a half an hour I would not go back to the Chick-fil-A again

We’re from out of town and stopped here for a convenient dinner after a long day. We live near several Chik Fil A’s and are used to top notch service.

This visit was a complete disappointment. Before taking our order (after standing in line and chatting and not servicing customers) the employee asked my husband if she could ask him a question. He said “sure” and she proceeded to ask how he felt about liars because another employee said my husband told him he couldn’t take his order, and only the girl could. Obviously this didn’t happen and they were too busy horsing around to take orders or do their jobs.

Then the credit car machines weren’t working and none of the employees had their face masks up at the window where food was being given out. What’s the point of wearing it if you’re not going to wear it properly?

The truck in front of us left the line before paying at the window because he was over it.

We definitely would not return.

I wasn't very impressed, I went close to closing time and the staff just threw the order at me. If it wasn't for my nephew screaming for his fries I would've went inside and spoke with a manager

Chick-fil-A is usually top of the line but they surprisingly put cheese on my breakfast sandwich after I repeated twice not to put cheese on it because I'm lactose intolerant. I'll most likely go back but I was definitely surprised.

CF is tasty, but one should only visit a few times a year, very unhealthy menu like most fast food establishments

Food was good, BUT expensive and by the time I sneezed my food was done. I still had to go home and cook

We arrived to a long long in the drive through but it moved surprisingly fast. In and out quickly. Staff was pleasent and food was good.

The team is run well here. They were doing a large order when I came in to pick up my "smaller" one. The were VERY good about letting me know mine was being finished up and would be right to me. Thanks!

Love this place! Amazing food and service. They almost forgot my extra pickles (I even forgot about them) but as I was pulling away an employee ran them outside and stopped me to make sure I got my extra pickles!

Great food and service, and they really care about their team members, being closed on Sunday, enabling them to attend the church of their choice.

Love this restaurant, very friendly staff good food always hot love the prices, great place to take the kids good for the family, more restaurants need to be more like chick-fil-A

Good food but price is too high. Probably soak the chicken in sugar to make it taste good. Can buy a whole rotisserie chicken for price of deluxe sandwich. Better to eat at home.

Great people and great food! We went there on a scorching hot day and there were employees outside, sweating like crazy. They weren't complaining at all and were all smiles and took care of our order efficiently!

Love the speed of the drive-thru. Ordering face to face really makes it easier to have your order right. Love the buy 1, get 1 free chicken minis on Tuesday and Thursday.

This place has their stuff tight probably takes all of 45 seconds to place an order and have your food food is delicious service is great and staff is very helpful

In the past got my order wrong a few times but as of recently I've had absolutely no problems I love their food and their crew is professional and nice and who can resist a hot Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich
