Chick-fil-A, Fort Walton Beach FL

The food is always good and normally so is the customer service but today not so much. The girl who took my order was very rude and not once gave me the impression I was at my local chick fil a. The food was good of course but I expect a better experience next time or I’ll be talking to management.

Ordered 2 nugget meals, only 1 was delivered to the car in the drive thru line, waited 5 minutes for the second meal.so disappointing

Had a wonderful experience here. We haven't been able to eat at Chick-fil-A all year as a family because eating in the car with a 1 year old is just to messy. Being able to dine in was so nice for our family. Thank you.

The food and service were delicious and prompt.

Will definitely be back.

It's just simply the best! Have to drive by 10 times for every 1 time you can get in. That's the only issue.

I love Chick-fil-A, but our dining experience was not up to par.
We ordered meals & didn't receive our fries.
No big deal. After explaining this to the young lady at the counter, she literally snatched the bag of food & claimed our order was completed. With major attitude. It clearly was not, our full order.
The acting MOD (Gabriel) was pleasant and accommodating, accepting responsibility for the mistake. Regardless, I go to Chick-fil-A because I enjoy the food & exceptional service.
Gabriel is the ONLY reason I gave this location 2 stars.

This place really seems to have covid safety in mind. Every employee has a mask, everyone is always friendly, the service is quick and good. Drive thru or pull up and order from the app. Good food good service

Amazing service went at lunch time they were slammed but they had 2 lines and a bunch of employees taking orders we got our order and were on the road in less than 10 minutes. And the Food my goodness it was fresh and so delicious good job to this chain you have set a new standard for fast food!

Attendants outside to take order to speed process. Great Chick-fil-A service, quality, and courtesy. They always make you feel welcome and special.

First time ever I was give thin chicken Strips. Maybe a bad day but I will try again. I like the chicken strips.

Love our Chickfila. This location went above and beyond. Our order was ready in a couple of minutes. And accurate!

The food worker with the name “Michael” ran all the way down the street at the intersection in front of Panda Express in the humid Florida heat as he watched the vehicle that forgot their cookies turn out of the chick fil a parking lot. He gave the family their cookies as he saw they were stopped at the light. Amazing service and worker. 10/10 He deserves a raise. Amazing service from the hard working man.

Doesnt matter how long the line is wrapped around the building you will get taken care of fast! Great staff. Great food.

Can't go wrong here! Very good service and McDonald's can learn a thing or 3 from the the Chick. Only bad experience from Chick was off I10 in Mississippi (20 or 30 miles away from Alabama). The wait at the drive thru was terrible (15 min.) Unheard from the many Chick-fil-A restaurants that I have eaten at.

Food quality consistently very good and no other fast-food restaurant can match their customer service.

Frequent here and they never disappoint! Always amazing and on point. I come back mainly bc the staff is absolutely amazing!

They have hands down the absolute best customer service in any place in the area. Always friendly, helpful, and smiling. The food is outstanding and fresh. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. They have set a high standard in quality and service in which they repeatedly hit while no one else comes close.

This location is so busy at lunch time! The line goes thru a shopping center parking lot AND out in the street. They had an AMAZING Awesome Guy out there directing traffic, and moving everyone along. The order takes were friendly enough, but did not do Mr. Amazing any favors- they had huge gaps between cars. The food was great and everyone was super friendly! But the car lot director guy saved the day!
