Chick-fil-A, Pensacola FL

Chicken Fil A is a great restaurant. The drive thru is super organized & efficient when they're busy and the staff is incredibly pleasant - old school service. They close on Sunday even though it would be a busy day for them but they do it as a public way to honor God & that's great. I still miss their carrot-raisin salad but the chikn minis are gr8 for breakfast

Wasn't going to leave a review but once my lemonade was more sour than sweet and ultra high in pulp I had too. If this was my first time having Chick-fil-A it would be my last, the fries tasted half cooked, aswell as I found a potato in the shape of a cube which was also partcially cooked, and the sandwich was either overcooked or just been sitting too long because it was hard on the edges and tasted almost like something from KFC so I don't know just never had a bad expirence with any Chick-fil-a until now.

Using the Chick-fil-A app is everything to my experience, it makes things so much faster and more accurate

I love chick-fil-a and have never had a bad experience until now. I ordered 2 spicy southwestern salads with extra dressing for each and one with no tomatoes as my friend has a severe allergy to them. Well we didn't get our extra dressings, both salads had tomatoes, and the salads were very small, like the size of a side salad with maybe a half of a pice of chicken. I spent $30 on this meal and ended up having to go elsewhere anyways because my friend wasn't able to eat her meal as there were tomatoes that she's highly allergic to. I'm quite upset about this and will probably never return to this particular location. They should be willing to refund me in full as they very easily could've been paying medical bills for a food allergy that I stressed to them about.

Love this place, you will usually see longer lines, but trust me, those lines move very fast =)

I pulled up to get myself some comfort food after a really horrible morning, I had been crying and was struggling to keep myself together. Bethany was so kind to me, noticed my struggle and asked if I was okay. She offered me a shake and then comped my meal, telling me she hoped it would make my day better. Bethany if you see this, thank you so much for your kindness! You truly did help make my day better. Your empathy is so appreciated

We love this place Fast Friendly great spot when ur in a hurry and at least want a smile on ur face one time that day.swing in for a bite or just a milk shake! I couls eat Chick-fil-A everyday!

Very clean, nice people, and good food. Can't go wrong with CFA. They do need to get faster wifi though

Food is consistent good and always hits the spot. I always order the same thing - regular chicken sandwich, fries and a coke. The issue with this Chick-fil-A is the drive through is very crowded and the space is very short so you could be stuck on Bayou Blvd until cars order and pull forward. Otherwise, service is also consistently good and surprisingly quick. Oh, and right hand turns only out of the parking lot. So that's a bummer. Enjoy!

Excellent service. Definitely use the drive thru express with the app, it is so amazing and perfect for ordering ahead and skipping the line (and perfect for an introvert like me).

Visiting family in Pensacola, FL chain restaurants in South are better than up North chain restaurants cuzz they put total heart and soul into, hence the food taste better.and I'm a Yankee saying this, so you know it's gotta be true

I managed to get a mild case of food poisoning from here. It was the cool wrap I ordered that I knew I should've have kept eating because the lettuce didn't look right.

Everything was great until it was time to close they didn't give us a warning that they were closing and we said that we wanted to have a takeout order before we left so it was 10: 07 they close at 10: 00 didn't have a warning and couldn't order our food to go

Chick-fil-A is usually good, and the sandwiches were but the grilled Market salad didn't have hardly any chicken on it, next none and this seems to be the new normal with Chick-fil-A.

We had a good experience with customer service but the playground was not very clean. My sons pants were stained black from sliding down the slide along with my daughters outfit. It kind of grossed me out. I would expect that of an outdoor playground but not an indoor one. Also, they told me they didn’t have any bendy straws for the kid’s cups anymore which made me sad because it can be difficult for a child to use a tall straw in the small cups. Overall though the customer service was good.

Dine in customers are put on the back burner and given slow service. Should honestly go through the drive thru then park then walk inside. Very disappointing.
