Chick-fil-A, Temple Terrace FL

I am very disappointed! Old spinach, I could’ve gotten sick if I had eaten this. Very unsanitary and very unprofessional.

Wait was extremely long. Chick fil a is always busy because food is so good but I hadn't experienced this long of a wait before

I went through the drive thru and OMG longest wait on my line only so I go inside and there is one line and two people up front the grey shirt waited till I was staring at her to see if she can serve us and after the line behind me got longer then she decided to wait on me. Lunch time for me it's only half an hour so I depend on what they say that drive thru is faster it's not

Unfortunately the wait times are beginning ridiculous. 30 mins or minute in line. They no longer have people taking orders outside. It's not worth the wait.the food is not consistent and have received lemonade that is rotten after waiting in line for 45 mins. Not sure what is happening but bit what they used to be

The lines take a really long time to get through even with all the staff and the food is not as good as it used to be. Ordered 2 spicy chicken deluxes and they were dry and flavorless. Very disappointing.

They're always busy so they take a long time to give out orders and any online orders are put on hold for orders in drive thru. So I have tobsit there for 30 mins before getting it.

Took way too long. Courteous employees. It would serve them best to observe the practices of other Chick-fil-A locations. I have never waited so long at any other location. Order and pymt was processed online. My wait time was about 20 minutes.

Most CFA's are expertly run and so efficient. We came to this CFA for the first time and felt like we were at Popeyes. The attendants in the line were completely unaware of which cars came in the queue first. Waited as 10 cars went in front of us. Manager was amazing so I am giving an extra star for the experience.

That's nuggets there are because other place is not making real chicken nuggets anymore but fish Chick-fil-A is very very good and it was very fresh and the orders went fast people was very kind really enjoyed my visit there

TERRIBLY SLOW, This Is By Far The WORSE Chick-Fil-A I've Been To! Super Slow, And Forgot Drinks With The Order! Not Organized At All Like Most Chic! Fil-A Are! You Had Employees Just Standing Around Not Taking Orders, Money Or Taking Food To Cars. Terrible! DONT Go To This Location If You're In A Hurry At All!

Always excellent service! I love the spicy chicken sandwich and the spicy southwestern chicken salad.

The line was super long so I thought I was going to be waiting forever but nope, I soon as I pulled up I was placing my order the staff was fast and efficient. The food was great like always hands down the best Chick-fil-A in Tampa!

This place is always amazing, people are so personable and I've never had a mistake on my order. Nothing but amazing folk.the idea of walking food to the cars is genius! No more reaching out the car and almost dropping the food. I have no complaints about Chick-fil-A! Keep on doing what you're doing!

Super fast service. This restuarant has two drive thru lanes. Staff are nice and always throw in an extra sauce when requested.

Long line but QUICK CREW took care of double drive thru FAST! BEST OF ALL ORDER WAS CORRECT, HOT, DELICIOUS! GREAT WORKING CREW!

Excellent customer service. They can be jam packed and somehow they manage to patiently get you your food in a reasonable amount of time. Also, food is AMAZING.

This location is fast! Some Chick-fil-a’s are a little packed and disorganized so it takes forever during lunch time. This location has the whole team working to get you in and out in a timely manner. Drive through is just as fast!

We visit it when we went to Florida. I love the chicken sandwich and there milk shakes are so yummy

They are wonderful! Their is always a long line and it seems like it's going to be forever but NO! They move fast, you don't have to wait for you to drive to the window, instead they come to you! Plus I always see teamwork
