Chick-fil-A, Pompano Beach FL

Just a little different from Popeyes but still very good. Worth the ridiculously long lines? Definitely not, but very good.

This location is going down the drain I'm sorry to say it. The daytime crew is slightly more efficient but overall the location on Copans and Federal Highway in Pompano Beach is by far the absolute worst. My little girl keeps nagging me to go there but personally I'm disgusted to order anything from there as they consistently find a way to screw up my order. It's fast food folks not rocket science. If wanted my order to be screwed up I can go to Burger King or Wendy's. Very disappointed in this location.

Would be nice if they advertised the fact that their inside dining is still NOT OPEN.

Drive through only. Open up the restaurant already! Food is great and try the lemon frosty. So good

Chick-fil-A is always great, I just think that they are a little cheap with their crackers when I order soup. And they always forget to put my spoon in my bag, I always have to drive back, and it’s every single time

You didn't give me what I paid for. Correct your error with a smile not an insult!

The manager (Audrey) on duty (Pompano location) was unprofessional and rude!
She refused to give me four fries that they failed to place in a prior order (as promised by a another manager). Then proceeded to insult me with the policy statement!

And they gave me the wrong order AGAIN.
I had to correct them while being insulted by the manager, Audrey.
Now - How Ironic Is That!

I guess you failed to realize that your customers keep you in business!

It's not about the four fries - It's a matter of principle!

They didn’t understand what I want in first. But gave me replacement. I’m glad that eventually I got what I came for.

Ordered a spicy chicken deluxe and it was not spicy at all.ordered a chocolate chip cookie which are usually delicious at Chick-fil-A but this is the worst one I've had.

Ordered two of the same meals, one sandwich was incorrect and they gave cold fries in two different boxes. Not sure what's up with chick fil a. Second time I've had a problem getting the order right

Overrated, made a mistake to buy something for a friend, who begged me that this the only place he can have chicken's cadaver parts, my first time in this B. S, only 2 cars in front of me, took me 10 minutes to run away from this nightmare

We ordered via chic-fil-a app and when we got there they never prepared the order like they said they would and when they were finished. They gave us the wrong order.

I put 1 star no because of the food because of customer services the one in Pompano beach

I call corporate they say 3 days someone will call you. NOTHING VERY DESSAPOIINT

The overall quality is no where near the standards of other locations! Worst location in south Florida
