Chick-fil-A, Jacksonville FL

Chik Fil A was the last vestige of hope during these covid times. Now they appear to be susceptible to all the same pitfalls as other chains. Waited in a short line for a long 10 minutes then was told no breakfast since my wait took me past 10: 30a.m. Ok, ordered the chicken sandwich instead. After a 20 minute wait for 1 sandwich I got chicken nuggets in my bag. Goodbye Chik Fil A. I will miss you.

Never thought I would write this review. I try not to eat here because of the greasiness.
The lady taking the order didn’t want to be at work. Very nonchalant attitude not even a you’re welcome when I said thank you. Line was not moving I sat for 5 mins after ordering (I understand do to low employee numbers locally) my breakfast bowl was premixed; Usually it’s layered.
Thankfully it was not greasy as previously.

Every time I leave I say, "That is the nicest employee I have ever come across. " And I mean it every time! Food is always great and they are always fast and efficient. Easy to see why the line is always wrapped around the restaurant.

Ordered the regular chicken sandwich with cheese. The chicken was dry. The last few times I have been to that location, the fried chicken was dry.

Almost every time I visit this I do order online for in store pick when possible. Check in here long before I arrive 10-15 mins. They worry about other orders instead of the order they received. OVER THIS LOCATION

Always a good place for quick lunch with a friendly smile and great service. This one is exceptional and fast.

Their attendants were slow and stood around as if they were not interested in taking the orders. However, the guy that assisted was very polite. The good was fine.

My food was cold and under cooked.who wants soggy gummy waffle fries. Not me! I would have never expected this from Chik Fil A.this location socks!: - (

At this location it is generally full during the weekdays. Like most location there is a chain of command. Each day is not the same and the employees are friendly when you drive up. There process is not an excruciating one. It is pretty quick and you will not get frustrated waiting on the line. My orders have been correct each time I visited.

I met the Director today, he's rude and inconsiderate, and is more concerned with being right and imposing him self on others than service. He told me I'm no longer welcome at his location, but I have no interest in supporting him or his business any further.

One of my worst experiences at a singular Chick-fil-A location. I worked at the Chick-fil-A on beach and Hodges for the better part of seven years and I never thought I would be questioned after showing proof my order was made incorrectly. Not only was this my experience, but this is not the first time this specific location has messed up my order. I came back around not long after going through the drive-through and was extremely polite to the gentleman showing him my ticket where the order was printed correctly, but the sandwich was made wrong. I had asked for a spicy with American cheese and received a regular Chick-fil-A sandwich with American cheese instead. Even in the white bag. Whoever it was, I believe a manager, was very polite and called it over the walkie that I should receive my proper sandwich. I pulled back around and waited in line for 5 to 10 extra minutes. All the while even dealing with people honking at me which was so embarrassing. I was greeted by the same girl who gave me my order previously asking if I was someone else, and I let her know that I was waiting on my remake. She said she knew nothing of it, and when I proceeded to show her my incorrect sandwich she told me it looks correct and that would I mind trying it for a second just to make sure, basically refusing to get me the sandwich I ordered and paid for. The fact that I was nothing but calm and polite and still received this kind of service and was even questioned like that is ridiculous to me. I’ll definitely not be coming back for that free sandwich in the next month LOL but definitely let the managers know.

Great customer service and great food. Good place to go. If you want reliable food quality, give this place a visit.

This has got to be the least efficient Chic fil a.
Only 2 people outside working during peak time, did not direct the person in front of us who had some issue with online order to a parking spot. Held us and rest of line up for 20 minutes.
No apologies from anyone.

Went through the drive through a little before close and had a great interaction with Jeremiah he was training a new staff member and doing a great job. While also being super friendly, this was definitely my favorite interaction with a Chick-fil-A worker. Hope to see him there in the future, i would definitely look at making this man a team lead!

Not too busy before after school rush so it was quick. Jesus chicken and waffle fries cant go wrong. Now the sunjoys though are most lemonade. JS

Made the mistake of doing a pickup order. There were so many employees inside they were stepping over each other, but it was obvious confusion. We had half-filled fries, 4.25 of a 5-pack of not thoroughly cooked nuggets, no almomds for kale salad (typical), and 1 BBQ sauce rather than ketchup. Extremely disappointing.
