Chick-fil-A, Jacksonville FL

Waited 45 minutes for a chicken club and it didn’t have cheese or bacon, a warm sweet tea & semi-warm fries.do better.

Could not pull through the drive thru because of my work trailer so they literally walked it out to parking lot across the street for me. Prime example for all other fast food chains…Chick-Fil-A is the best without a doubt!

You need 2 lanes for drive thru, open store for delivery drivers, other locations have done so, you should follow suit, you had a car staul in your drive thru and everyone has no where to go, and it's chicken, I goto PDQ, so much better, quicker no line, better quality

My order is literally wrong ever time I go to this location. It's very frustrating because you will wait 15-20 min each time or longer and for a simple order to be consistently wrong is just baffling to me. Gonna start going to a different location when I feel the chick-fil-a need!

Worst Chick-fil-A in Jacksonville. Employees are rude and not very helpful. They obviously don’t understand the concept of mobile ordering.

The worst location. Closes early, always out of mac, and the most absurd drive through ever. I canceled my order because I couldn't get what I wanted, but I still had to sit in the trap for 10 minutes just to get out. Never again lol

Never again. Slowest off all the Chick-fil-a's. Had to cancel my online order because the line stretched around the building and didn't move in the 5 mins we sat there. Do yourself a favor, drive 5 more mins to the nearest one much faster and better service.

Food good as usual, as to be expected. The line at this location is always particularly long around any meal time. Expect to wait 10 minutes or more waiting to place an order

Big, big Chick-fil-A fan! I love this place, any location. If anyone out there nailed covered response it's these guys. They're streamlined service approach is an amazing thing!

Traveling to Panama City on a mission trip with my husband and 12 teenagers. It has been very difficult to find restaurants with dining rooms open. This Chick-fil-A was gracious enough to let us walk through the line and order our food. They also allowed us to sit on the curb to eat our breakfast which was delivered by the general manager himself. We were very thankful for this because yesterday we went to multiple fast food restaurants trying to get food and we're not treated near as kindly. It's hard to find a Chick-fil-A that will let you down. This one sure didn't! Thank you all for your kindness!

I just left this drive thru location, when I got back to work to eat my lunch I bit into my chicken nugget and realized it was raw. I am so grossed out.

Apparently if you do a mobile order you still have to WAIT IN LINE. Not only to order but then a line in the drive thru! I’m well aware breakfast ends at 10: 30am.waiting in line made it 10: 33am then the young girl tells me they are out of breakfast items.get this, I still had to go through the drive through line to make sure it was cancelled.talk about a waste of time. The lady manager with brown hair acted like she didn’t care at all. I’m very dissatisfied.

They are great! I've been at this one 4 times. I'm in a bus same thing.walk under drive thru tent, order takin, radio to inside, went by door 5min food brought to door. Zaza

This Chick-fil-A is by far the worst one in the area when it comes to how they have handled the closed dining room. Extremely inconsistent, no point in ordering on the app because you will still be in the same long line every time. They don’t direct the traffic for the line either so, it’s all in who will let you in to merge into the line.

Even though they're still not seating anyone inside, their system for taking orders in the parking lot and moving you on to the drive through window is a well-oiled process. And my order was correct in the end.

Computer system was down, cash only. Did not have cash so they routed me through a maze of cones. Could not get out of parking lot, had to get out and move cones in two different spots, very unorganized.

They're just the bomb! Drive through is efficient, staff is super friendly and food is great quality. My "go to" for fast food.

Still cant sit down in chick filet, However the food is delicious and hot.
Cant wait for the Peach Milk shake to start for the summer.

They charged my card twice. Asked the manager to refund one of them, he said it'll refund automatically in 24 hours. It didn't

One of the best FAST food places ever. They brought back the term fast and added another way of doing it and it's paid off. I have spent no more than 15 min in average in triple lines feeding into two. They have awesome food and service is always spot on and done in a timely manner. They never disappoint me
