Chick-fil-A, Panama City FL

Cashier was rude; I emphasized the word "grilled" when ordering the grilled nugget meal, then when they rang it up I asked if it was grilled they then argued that I never said the word grilled. My girlfriend asked to have her sandwich bun toasted (have visited many Chik Fil A's that do this, there's typically a button on the register for it) and the cashier was curt in saying "We don't do that". The facility was clean and the food was good, other interactions with staff were friendly, it was just the one cashier I deem as very poorly mannered.

People are very friendly. Move the lines pretty quickly. Food is always hot and delicious. Thanks for an awesome lunch on Tuesdays.

After 2 pm had to drive around the building with just one car in line. Not necessary folks. Then staff member took my order
4 chicken strips small lemonade and bowl of soup. Nothing else ordered. I get to the window and handed a bag with fries and the rest of the order. $15.something. I told the lady I didn't order fries. She said she would reimburse me for the fries. She handed me $2.and some change. I didn't get the rest of my change back. Her register should be over a little. This was Tyndall Pkwy Panama City. Always my favorite place. I didn't get a straw either. What is up.

This location is using the smaller chicken breast pieces normally used in the breakfast biscuit in the normal #1 sandwiches at lunch and sinner…. They are much too small to be the sandwich breasts! Sad!

Well I was very upset when they changed the shake size down to a kids meal size I said no (I don't want the shake no more) it was so small and overpriced! She said corporate change the shake size it's very ridiculous I could have drank it in three sips I won't buy another one till they change it back to regular size,! I'm sure I'm not the only customer that thinks this way!

Closed at 5 pm.covid outbreak or lack of employees.could have at the least put up signs saying that you are closed!

Standard Chick-fil-A.great experience, friendly staff and the dining room is open. It was great to sit in a store and eat Chick-fil-A.

Can't get enough of my Sonic! My new fav is the jr.bacon egg ch burrito. Sometimes I just want something smaller and this is perfect. Everyone is polite and that's always a plus! Great job y'all! All customers remember, good service comes with the impression you give them! Without them we'd be home making our own burritos

Not the best Chick-fil-A in town. They always leave out the condiments and straws. The younger employees have bad attitudes. The one on 23rd street has much better service.

I really love this location due to I am a salad freak and I don’t eat pork so they don’t put bacon on? But the new ppl need to follow tickets please I can’t eat a salad with 1 dressing when the order taker put in in with 2 dressing other than that keep up the great work guys

Their make-shift drive thru changes cause confusions between customers at the merge point. I've gotten burned chicken more often than not lately. Their mac & cheese is still awesome though.

I have never been to a bad Chick-fil-A before until I came to this one service was bad and they didn't get my food right.

My truck could not fit under the canopy and was told I could not be serviced unless I went inside the restaurant.you guys aren’t the only place to eat breakfast.

1 sauce! Cold fries n chicken warm ice tea.
1 sauce after I waited after I ordered anytime before all of this would have been a Great time to tell me 1 Sauce per order?
I usually use 3-4.

I have always admirer the kindness you reveive at any Chick-fil-A especially this one, however yesterday and the time before that i have never been more disappointed. I am not sure if it is cause i choose to go inside both times or what but service was awful. The young girl taking the order was just rude nothing else i can say from start To finish RUDE. Then move to end of counter To get my order and guess what it is wrong. Once i said it wasnt right the lady responded it is what is on the ticket. Well maybe if the lady wasnt so rude she could have gotten the order right. Like i said not your usuall greeting or hospitality you get. My advice, continue to use only drive through at this location for good service and kindness.

Love the food of course and the people are so great! They always have a smile and a joke to make me giggle. They always welcome you as if they have known you forever. Its a wonderful experience!

Not customer oriented. Instead of fixing the issue of not having the correct order. Wanted to charge $21.00 instead of $12.00 when the app said $12.00. Wanter to argue.

The Tyndall Parkway Chick-fil-A has always been my favorite! The staff is always helpful and friendly. Not to mention that the food is great!
Like a lot of fast food places, Chick-fil-A has had to rethink how to serve their customers in a safe manner. I love the new drive-thru arrangement and that now during the lunch and dinner rush they have attendants that come to your car window to take your order and your card payment. Wrapping cars around the building eliminates problems like traffic backing up out onto Tyndall Parkway and people cutting in line.
But, like I stated before I go for the chicken nuggets!

Their customer service is like a breath of fresh air this morning bcs of wait time I didn't have to pay for my food I love chic fila

Chick-fil-A literally has never failed to give me exactly what I ordered how I ordered it and I absolutely love Chick-fil-A!
