15The best run "fast food" restaurant in America. Quality food, incredible service. If it was opened on Sundays it would be perfect.
Walking cashier was distracted while taking my order by managing traffic. Kept having me move up during the order taking process. Ended up getting a deep fried chicken sandwich with American cheese (ewww) instead of the grilled chicken I asked for. 4th consecutive time at a chick-fil-a location (I travel for work) where I received the wrong food. No receipt given. Can't even complain on the website without a receipt. Didn't finish my food.unhealthy doesn't appeal to me. If it did, I'd save money and eat McDonald's. Line too long and convoluted to go back and get my order corrected. Completed disgusted by my visit.again.
Ordered just a grilled chicken sandwich meal, didn't check the bag until i got home in a rush just to find my bag full of napkins, sauces and fries. The sandwich missing and by then this place closed at 10pm so there was no way for me to turn back and ask for my sandwich. How did the employees even miss the main part of my order?
Chick fil a you are invincible. Your system is so flawless that even a pandemic couldn't hold you guys back. 78 thumbs up for you folks. Plus I love how you guys sing "Stacy's Mom" to me through the drive thru
Besides that the food is good I really respect the workers. They are hardworking and fast. I also appreciate the system they implemented to deal with the lunch crowd. Lines move really quick in the drive through.
Just picked up my first mobile order after less than ten minutes of ordering it and it was ready. Inside was super busy. Nice work! Keep it up! Nice polite and prompt. Food was correct and hot. Inside was spotless! What else could you ask for.
Not a fave. Kid's chicken was greasy. There was no mayo or sauce on the chicken sandwich, and 2 tiny pickles. We aren't fans of the thick, heavy, soggy fries, but some people love them.
When I approached this restaurant, the drive thru line was so long it wrapped around the parking lot. Surprisingly enough the line was moving right along and then I realized the dine in area was not as busy so I've decided to dine in instead. I was greeted and served immediately which really left me impressed with this particular establishment. Highly recommended.
I just bought a grilled chicken sandwich. It is awful. It tastes like sawdust and it is cold. I am not talking just luke warm. It is lower than our air temp. The bun is also unheated and awful. The fries were barely warm and I needed salt but they did not give me any. I am so disappointed but I don’t have time to turn around and go back. I started to eat my meal immediately in my car so it should have been nice and hot.
The worker that took our order was very nice. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and made some great recommendations. I always enjoy going to Chick-fil-A they're they're very customer service-oriented.
This place struggles to uphold good customer service. I frequent this place regularly and often times I have items missing from my order, and the staff does little to offer concessions. Their processes lack any sense of direction or leadership. They often have long wait times, out of stock items, or screw up special order items. The regional manager for a Chick-Fil-A should do a thorough audit on this place as this location drags down the corporate image Chick-Fil-A represents.
The chik-fil-a on Alico is much quicker. They have one person taking orders outside and two other people kind of just standing around asking if I need anything else? Why not go inside and bring out mobile orders that are definitely ready.
So normally chik fil a is great. However I went to the one in estero, not my normal chik fil a. Waited at the drive thru for almost 20 minutes, the cars in line cycled around 4x. Got out the car to ask about the order and guess what? It was just sitting there in the window. I was watching that bag for ten minutes. Put people at the drive through window who are trying to get the food out and not giggling and laughing. Twenty minutes waiting is ridiculous.
I always love a good chicken burger. This is the spot to go get one. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. I've been here a few times, on a couples date and with my family. All of my visits have always been pleasant. Everyone was super helpful and kind. It always amazes me how a fast food joint can get so kind, efficient and do it so well. Will keep coming here.
Service could definitely be better. If you let any of the managers know something is wrong/missing in your order they automatically become irritated with your request to fix it. Wait times are ridiculous as well, not the most efficient run drive thru.
Food always taste great though.
