Chick-fil-A, Palm Coast FL

Drive-through is really crazy. You have to ask for everything you want they don't even throw napkins in the back they don't even throw napkins in the bag. If you want salt or pepper ketchup etc. Not sure if I'd go back there.

The service here was super quick and efficient. The dining rooms were very clean however the bathrooms were kinda gross (I was here during the lunch rush so it could have just been a bad time). Overall it was good service, the food was good, and everyone was very nice.

I like to use the app with curbside pickup. I go at least once a week and the food is always perfect and they've never gotten my order wrong.

They did a great, but a bit confusing job for such a relatively small lot. A bit confusing at first visit, but they do have it down pretty well.

One of our favorite places for fast food. Get the app and order ahead and park in the pick up section they will bring it out to your car. Free food also if you use the app. Yumm!

Food is good but are they ever going to open inside dining? Stopped using them on trips because you would have to eat in your car. Guess they can pad their wallets if they dont have to open up indoor dining.

It was my first time at Palm Coast Fl. Chick-fil-A and it was very crowded inside as well as drive up, but the staff was on the ball and handled the situation with a smile. I choose to dine in and with the amount of customers eating in, it was amazing how the staff handled the serving to customers and also keeping the dining area very clean.
Now about the food, I had the chicken sandwich, very good and the fries exceptional. If you visit Chick-fil-A

Wasn't very impressed, seeing as Chick-fil-A is my favorite. They had so much staff at this location, but only a few were actually working. The tables/booth seats were dirty when we mobile ordered to dine in. I heard someone literally hollering, " we have a dine in mobile" the guy that brought our food said, " if you need a refill let me know. " Never saw him again. The sandwiches were awful. The chicken either wasn't cooked long enough or we all got bad pieces. Even had hard to chew stretchy pieces throughout. The milkshakes and fries were great on a positive note.

I waited in line in there dangerous parking lot way to close for comfort and they forgot the chicken in my Cobb salad check your orders throughly before leaving the drive up line.this has happened twice before. I won't be going back to that location.heads up!

This one particular chick filet wasnt friendly as others and ive been to many.plus they gave me no napkins.eating in car.that stinks.

This is probably the worst Chik-fil-A I’ve been to. The lines move at a somewhat decent speed, but my issue lies in the fact that they usually mess my order up in some way. Add pickles when I don’t want them, forget sauces, give me the wrong drink. Most of the time there is an issue with my order. If you can tolerate this, go ahead and stop in.

Drive thru is terrible - too much in too small space. And then got all the way home to discover they left one of our chicken nuggets out.

They are so kind and considerate every time I go!
Their tone of voice is always welcoming and enjoy the signature Chic Fil A "have a blessed day! " One of the best customer service experiences.

You want to be treated like royalty at a fast food chain drive through then visit Chick-fil-A where they have enough employees working the outside line they could lift up your car and carry it through

I came here with my dad, who is notorious for loathing Chick-fil-A, but they got our food out quicker than any other Chick-fil-A I've ever been to (one of his top complaints being there's always a long drive thru line) and the food was hot and delicious. The experience was so phenomenal that my dad admitted that he enjoyed it (which, in itself is amazing, since he RARELY admits he's wrong) and, with this stop as a reminder, I think I may be able to convince him to give Chick-fil-A another try Bless you, Chick-fil-A of Palm Springs, bless you

I mean all the fast food restaurants are taking major flack right now. But listen, chick fil a did not disappoint. Everyone was pleasant, we had at least 7 meals on our order and they nailed it, meals, drinks, sauces. EVERYTHING WAS FRESH AND ACCURATE! Kudos to this location. And this is my second visit passing through.
