Chick-fil-A, Kissimmee FL

This was my first time eating at a Chick-fil-A, I honestly don't understand the appeal. Food was just okay even by fast food standards.

Yuk! Fries were soggy and dark colored (large fries did not fill up the box either). Not crisp and light colored as most chick-fil-a’s.the spicy chicken sandwich was soggy and to think we had to walk from the store next door to get our food, pay $25 worth of food only to receive this? They must do better

Great food. Great service. I do wish they would get a much bigger restrantant as the parking lot wrap around two or 3 times with 2 or 3 lanes into one is just nuts. You have to be making enough to afford it.

Visited this location before heading to Universal Studios. I preordered my meal through the app while on the way to the restaurant. We chose curbside pickup we parked entered our number into the app and within 5 minutes our food was bought out to us. I was disappointed this Chick-Fil-A didn’t have the Chicken, Egg, and Cheese like they do in NYC. The main meals were good however out hash browns were overcooked. Usually were trying to take each other’s hash browns but no one wanted their hash browns because they were so hard and overcooked. Our lemonade was also really tart and sour.

First time to try Chick Fil A and it is really good. Fries are, the sauces are good and the employee behind the counter is really helpful.

The whole order was messed up. We got overcharged for a couple different parts of the the order. One chicken biscuit was missing cheese, we didnt get a fruit cup we ordered, all of our waters were sparking water when we ordered still water, no salsa when requested. The director didn't care that the order was messed up, even after going inside and politely bring it to his attention. He literally said I dont care or know what you are talking about. Worst Experience ive ever had at at any Chick-fil-a.

This place is amazing they are super speedy and have excellent food. Couldn't ask for better service at this establishment, yes there lines may be long but it sure doesn't take long before you get your food and go.

Fast & courteous service. Clean - Covid compliance excellent. I don't like Chick-fil-A but the food is too good to pass it by.

Excellent customer service during spring break. We live in Miami and have never seen a Chick-fil-A move so fast and detailed

Dine-in has returned to Chick-fil-A,
at least in Florida.
First time I had a Cobb Salad done right and at a reasonable price.
Going back.

Love the food, always warm, and fresh. I mostly use the app to make my orders. It's easy and you get points with rewards.

I have yet to run into a Chick-fil-A that had bad service Or long wait times Butter parking lot is a bit confusing probably due to the limited space

Great Chick-Fil-A. We had a fairly large order during a good rush and they got us through the line and got us our food quickly and the order was accurate. Kind employees.

Great food, great service. It gets extremely busy like all other locations but the speed and efficiency is outstanding. Keep it up!

Longest line ever. Waited over 40 minutes in line with no apologies or explanation. Unfriendly staff. I have never waited this long for fast food.

Ordered and received our food fairly fast. Unfortunately the car in front of us had ordered a lot and we couldn't bypass them. By the time they were done ordering, the workers then proceeded to have them wait in the driveway blocking our way out. There were two cars behind them till I assume a higher up had them move because they shouldn't have been waiting there in the first place!
