Chick-fil-A, Fort Myers FL

I never leave reviews but honestly save yourself the time from coming here. This is a horrendous location, I live right down the road so I come back like once a year hoping things are better run but no. I usually leave here frustrated without food, unless you want to wait an hour to eat you’re better off going to a different location. I love Chick-fil-A but this is so crazy, why can’t they figure this out?

First time at this location. Put a to go order in with three items, and it was made incorrectly. They were nice and remade the sandwich, but still made it wrong. They were friendly but not sure what the problem is with their system. Never had this happen at any other locations.

Always good chicken sandwiches. Best sweet tea around. Very quick thru the drive thru as well. And their honey mustard dip is really good.

Waited for over 20 minutes for the guy to take my order then one of the employees called the guy inside and came back out and said that he would take my order when I get to the kiosk. Still waiting in line for another 10 minutes, another guy comes out and said that they have run out of a lot of things but you can order and I can tell you if we have it or not. I said nope and left. Waste of time.

My real disappoinment and reason for the low rating was due to my experience with actually being handed my food at the pick up window. One of the managers was at the window and she handed me the bag with the food and then when she went to hand me the drink she dropped it, top first, into the basket causing it to leak and then she proceeded to take her ungloved hand and lift up under the cups lid to hand it to me. When I asked for a new drink she repeated my request sarcastically and looked at me as in disbelief. She got me a new drink and hatefully thrust it at me through the window and said "HERE! " No, "my pleasure" or nothing? It definitely was NOT my pleasure and had I not already paid for the food I surely would have just pulled off. To top it all off the food was barely warm and the tea was warm with barely any ice. Never again, never again.

Forgot half the food we ordered and didn’t pay attention to order on sauces and food forgot sauces and for got fries and straws

The food was good, besides being cold and not receiving the condiments we asked for and should’ve came with the breakfast burritos. The service is very slow at this location. This has to be the slowest Chick Fil A I have ever been too.

Chick-fil-a is known for their amazing drive thru management, however tonight we waited 45 mins in line, the messed up our order (very unlike them), and forgot to give us our drinks.

Worst location in SWFL. Make the extra drive to a different location. UNORGANIZED! Extremely long waits rude customer service. Consistently get my order wrong and are out of avocado lime dressing half the time I go here. It’s a real shame I’m addicted to Chick-fil-A and this is my most convenient location. Chick-fil-A is great just avoid this location at all cost.

The service is great, and the food as well.
Of course there was a long line of cars and unfortunately the exit is sometimes blocked by a car.

Possibly the worst experience we've had at a Chick-fil-a, 30 minute drive thru wait, and instead of the usual upbeat/polite interactions with the staff we were greeted with sullen voices and attitudes. Maybe they were short staffed? Their training/people skills were NOT up to the usual service. Will avoid this particular location in Ft. Myers by the COSTCO.

I have been going to this location for a LONG time. You always have to check your order before leaving. I’ve had mold in the fruit cup, missing sandwiches, missing fries, missing cookies. And there is always a line. If you can, go to another location for much better service.

I was impressed by how fast and efficient this location is. I opted for mobile pickup and was in and out in a few minutes

The restaurant is good if you can survive this parking lot. This is the most dangerous traffic flow I've ever seen. I'd rather drive the beltway in DC at 100 mph

Awesome, as usual. I did not know this location was here, it's directly behind the old Applebee's building. They were taking orders through the intercom instead of using people but it was still pretty fast service. I went a little bit before 8: 30 AM on a Tuesday.

If you're looking for the happy, cheerful, FRESH AND FAST experience Chick-fil-A is famous for? DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION! Rude, snippy workers. Long wait. Not very organized.all workers frowning and exhausted. (This was at 10: 30am on a week day.) Not an easy in and out location. You're gonna have to really be craving chicken to go here. Good luck.

They need to have someone directing the drive thru line when it’s busy. It is basically an accident waiting to happen, besides it being super slow and only having one person taking orders. The Estero Chick-fil-A is 100 times better, they need to take notes from them.

Only reason I’m changing my review is because Estephen is their best worker! I’ve been coming here for years and never been my favorite chick fi la! But what a good hire he deserves RECOGNITION!
