Chick-fil-A, Orlando FL

Was just there and the guy at the drive through didn’t secure the lid on my drink properly. When I put the drink in my cup holder the lid popped completely off and I got soda all over my car. The drive through guy saw everything and acted like he didn’t see anything. 12/29/2021 4: 09pm.

So sick of this location. Either the food is not right, the order is incomplete, they stare daggers about some sauce, mac and cheese isn't filled up and only half is given, the line is ridiculously long and moves waaay too slow. I've eaten at Chik Fil A places in several states, other locations in Florida and they are all wonderful except this one

This Chick-fil-A is crazy busy, being located on University by Rouse very close to UCF, but the staff here has always been courteous and helpful and efficient for years of dining in this location. I almost never go through the drive-thru here because the line is literally out into University Avenue sometimes (I'm frequently here for lunch and that is certainly one of their busiest times) so I'll just park and go in and either dine in or get a carry-out bag, but in any case my order is always exactly as I ask for it and the food is always cooked exactly as it should be. Yet another Chick-fil-A restaurant continuing to set the bar for fast-food very high.

Best employees ever so nice and kind of you forgot your order and you drive away they will come out running for you there awesomeness and specially Jose the owner he so cool and nice

Chick-fil-A is amazing but the hours opened could be better. I was trying to get some chicken minis for my trip back to Georgia, but they were not open when we went to get some. I would like to suggest to open at 5: 00 or 5: 30 because Orlando is a common tourist area and people travel early in the morning.

Great place to get good fast food. Their chicken sandwiches are what they are known for. I love the spicy chicken version. They also have a deluxe version which has more 'fixins' like cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. My son loves their nuggets (8 count or 12 count) and their chicken strips (2,3 or 4 count). They are also doing grilled versions with about half the calories of the fried ones. I have tried them, but I keep going back to the fried ones because they taste so much better! Their fries are amazing. We usually get a large fries and share. They are waffle cut. They have some great salads as well. I like the spicy southwest, and I have also had their Cobb salad. I need to try their market salad next as I like blue cheese. During the summer they have some great drinks. I love their peach milkshake. They also do a seasonal watermelon drink. Otherwise I have their 'Sunjoy' - 1/2 Sweet tea, 1/2 Lemonade. And to top it all, their customer service is second to none.

I ordered through the drive through and was rushed to order and had my food given to me and my order was not complete. The girl, Brooke, at the window was VERY rude to me. I told her I was short sauces and she didn’t let me fully tell her everything at once before she quickly handed me some to try to get me out the window. I told her I needed a couple more sauces and she made the slick remark “ You WANT more sauces, sure” then told me to have a nice day with an attitude. I told her I was missing ice creams and she then told her coworkers “well if she would have waited I would have given her all her stuff. ” Which was untrue because she told me have a nice day and was waiting for me to drive off. More attitude was given after this. Overall it was a horrible experience dealing with Brooke and she made my happy lunch time a a bad one. I hope they don’t let any more people like Brooke run their drive through window if she’s going to take her frustration about lunch rushes out on customers.

The lobby is now open. The drive through can have really long lines, but the crew is super efficient and they move quickly. Just be patient!

I been going to this location for 3-5 times a week for 2 years for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Last couple weeks I been going I’m not happy with my food, my hash browns is dripping oil and they not fresh at all.but I keep going because chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food I didn’t want to give up on them like that, but today I made my decision to stop going.

There was NO LINE never been to chic fil A with out a line! And it was on point service was quick and correct! All around best chic fil A experience ever! I recommend that entire team and crew for a raise! Friendly fast and food was great! I’d give 100 stars if I could the way the industry is right now I was very impressed!

This location is very convenient, and the customer service was beyond excellent! It was the for time that stopped by in this location and I loved it! I highly recommend this place and location to everyone!

It's a new place big and clean, the stuff seem nice and friendly, but the grilled chicken sandwich i ordered was cold and doesn't taste fresh

$12 for a gallon of lemonade. Small is the only size for the milkshakes? What does it cure cancer? Never again and I've been a loyal customer since 2007.

First time going here and was pleased with the service. The drive thru line was too long so I went into the lobby and there was only 1 person on line. I ordered a chicken sandwich nuggets fries and soda. It tasted fresh and I recieved my order quick, I will return.

Somebody please tell me how Chick-fil-A has the longest lines yet the quickest service. I'll never understand it. Anyway this is a great establishment!
