Chick-fil-A, Port Charlotte FL

I absolutely love every time I come in that the service is on point and never have I had my order messed up even with the lines that'll be out last the parking lot at the high of the hour. I would definitely recommend anytime you have a Chick-fil-A craving

We went last week and when we got home we were missing a sandwich. I called and was told someone from their customer care team would give a call. I did not receive a call.so much for customer care.

What happened to Chic-fil-a? ! Famously known for their polite customer service.it’s really gone downhill. I take my children to Chik-Fil-a as a treat and don’t mind paying extra for good service and yummy chicken.but now, lines are 45 mins long and customer service I experienced today was Awful. Elizabeth answered my call when I called in saying BOTH my children's kids meal had No Nuggets in their bags, just a fruit cup and kid toy.soo I drove back showed them that we had no chicken and they apologized then drove off and when I got home I noticed they gave me the Wrong milkshakes. My daughter asked for Chocolate and my receipt reflected that, but received peppermint milkshakes.meanwhile now my food is cold, and just ugh. I called and told Elizabeth about my experience and Wow.my rating is literally based off of her attitude and how she spoke to me. Not to mention I ordered a chicken tortilla soup.tell me why I got saltines instead of the tortilla strips? !
This is the Only chik-Fil-a that hasn’t opened dining. The Only chik-Fil-a with horrible service. I definitely will not be going back any time soon.

Local Chick-fil-A turned my partner and my self and refused to take our order inside or drive through. We were on duty and our Ambulance will not fit through the drive thru. Was told by an older female employee dressed as the manager that we could not order there. Very disturbing to hear from this company.

Went for the turkey drop off. Love the family feel, when there. Love you suporting our community. Great food. Thank you

WOW! This place is absolutely phenomenal! If I could give it 10 stars I would! I wish they were open on Sundays, so that I could eat here 7 days a week, breakfast, lunch, and dinner! My Pleasure!

They have been consistently the best in handling the drive thru isles. Never taken more than 6 minutes to get thru

I absolutely LOVE Chick fil a! Such great quality food for the price they ask. Its easy to overspend here with the food tasting the way it does!

Even though they were bust the line moved quickly. Very organized in food ordering. Are order was correct, hot and fresh.

The weight was way too long they had all of the fat where you order off your phone all those were closed they wanted you to wait in a separate line and my daughter had put our order in a different place so we finally found it and got it but it took about 15 minutes

Who DOESN'T like Chick'fil'A!? ! It's always amazing the service is always so fast and so friendly. I think this and Culver's are my top two 'fast food, ' places just because the service is always excellent at either establishment. So what puts Chick'A above the rest?

THE SAUCE!

There's a reason it's sold separately in stores folks and I gotta say, if there were stock in just that sauce, I'd be all on board because it's where the money is at! Waffle Fries + Chick'A sauce = pure bliss!

Chick-fil-A is usually great but this location has really gone downhill, at least the morning shift has. I would normally stop by this location for breakfast once or twice a week and although the lines are long the service is usually fairly quick and the people are friendly but here lately that hasn't been the case. The food has gotten terrible and they started getting our orders wrong. The first two times I just brushed it off but the third time is enough to keep me from ever returning. 1st time-extra butter biscuit missing (simple mistake but sucked) 2nd time- made us pull up and wait an extra 5 minutes (after getting through the entire long line) then to make matters worse the breakfast bowls were so skimpy with practically no egg or cheese 3rd time practically the same thing! Made us wait extra (not the biggest deal) BUT then the one breakfast bowl I ordered literally looked like someone had ate half of it and saved me the rest no cheese, hardly any egg it was just a little bit of hash browns with some sausage chopped up on top BUT to top it off the bacon egg and cheese biscuit my husband ordered ONLY had bacon. Like a new person seen bacon biscuit on the screen and just put bacon on it ‍️ It was gross and neither of us could eat it. Then to top it all off the usually hot, crispy delicious hash browns were somehow mushed but still cooked crispy, like a little extra crispy ‍️ They were edible but disappointing like the rest of that meal. Making that entire third order completely terrible after waiting all that time. So disappointing because I had come to love Chick-fil-A as my go to breakfast spot.close to work and close to home but now it's ruined

The food is amazing here and the employees are great as well. The only downfall is the drive thru. The line is so busy and long that I almost had a car hit me and another car cut me in line while waiting a half hour. They need more crowd control but not a bad experience after that.

I drive a commercial truck and can't fit in the drive thru, so I walk up to window and tell them my situation and van I make an order and was refused. I have been coming to Chick fil a since 2008 and never been treated like this.
